Deep scratches from the screw heads.
    Elaina B.

After getting about 3 quotes from movers in the area, I landed on All the Right moves as they seemed the most recommended, as well as the least expensive. Devin provided me a quote over the phone and approximated my move to take about 4-5 hours, with 3 guys at $150/hour. The guys showed up right on time and came in to assess what was going. We had done most of the packing and hauling of boxes, so we wanted movers to move the furniture and heavy items (gun safe). ATRM charges an additional $40 for stairs (so $80 if you're moving from and to a two-story home), $100 for safes and/or pianos and they have a minimum of 3 hours. Although I was expecting a three-man crew, 4 guys arrived, which was a nice bonus. The move took longer than anticipated, but they were all friendly, professional and quick. After loading up the truck we all broke for lunch and reconvened at the new house about 45 minutes later. During the move, my husband saw that as the disassembler/assembler was moving in my brand new washing machine, he neglected to cover up the appliance or the door jam, and scratched the hell out of the side of it with the heads of the screws sticking out of the door jam. He didn't mention this, at all, so luckily my husband was there, heard it happening, and addressed it. The guy said that they'd probably just deduct about $50 off of our bill. This was disappointing, because at the end of the day, my shit is still scratched up - and regardless of whether you can see it or not (they kept saying "no biggie, you can't see that side anyway") I KNOW that it's scratched up and it still diminishes the resale value OR the fact that if we were to move again, that side MAY be showing in the next house. Does it warrant a brand new replacement? Probably not, or else I'd assume these places would go out of business, but I would hope they would take precautions to not let these sorts of things happen at all. When they were done moving, we discussed, again, about the damage and one of the guys got Devin on the phone to address the situation. Devin then spoke to my husband and they negotiated the discount to $125 (my husband originally said $150, which I still thought was modest). It kind of irked me that they'd even scoff at the $150, they should be paying for the repairs on what they damaged! No matter what the cost. That's just my two cents. I decided to hold off on this review until we were settled in and unpacked, and sure enough we found more issues: the first night in the house, as we were making our bed, we noticed that the center beam/support for the mattress of our king bed was crooked - like the legs at the bottom were horizontal so if we were to have got in the bed, the center would have probably collapsed. The water lines of my washer/dryer were also reversed (cold going into hot/hot going into cold); they're color coded! Blue means cold, red means hot! These things were easily fixed by us, but it's that kind of haste of them re-assembling and moving us into the new house that doesn't warrant a 5-star review. Also, the dismissal of my brand new, $1300 appliance does not sit well with me. You wouldn't key someone's brand new car on accident, while rotating their tires and just knock $20 off the bill. I mean, I guess you could try, but you're probably not going to get a return customer and that $20 isn't shit to the fact that that brand new vehicle is now marred by your negligence - which deducts the value a hell of a lot more than your discount. I'm giving them a 3-star rating because the guys were all very nice, professional, prompt and less expensive than their competitors.

I'm filing reports on all of this but the damage is done to my things are replaceable. all the photos of my daughter growing up on the SD cards that were in the $750 camera bag are all gone I can't replace my photos ever. Deborah legal files for my Carson City trial attorney David Williams who drew up a sexual pedophile case against my ex to prosecute I don't have them anymore they were in the box that went on the truck. These movers took more from me than anybody ever has. Don't use these movers bad movers the mover actually left my parents attic storage yard where they were supposed to meet them and we're gone and separated from them for over an hour. and when they pulled my kitchen table off the truck it was dusted my parents were so exhausted that they just shut the door while I'm not!

We are so blessed to have found All the Right Moves to move us from San Francisco to Reno. Such hard working individuals, taking care with every piece and expertly packing the truck. Many thanks to Rick and Jerome and then when they arrived in Reno they unpacked the next day along with Sergio's assistance. There are not enough superlatives to describe my satisfaction with the wonderful job they did. I would not hesitate to call upon this company and I will be referring any other prospective customer their way. Thanks again guys. Sorry for the steep San Francisco hills and the stairs up to the apartment.

In our younger days we would have moved it ourselves, But we're in our 60's now and thought we should hire someone to move it for us especially since it had to be tipped back pretty far to get it out of the front garage. I spoke to David to set up the move. He and I agreed to a price and a couple of other items that I wanted moved. We set a day and time. He called me the day before to confirm the day and time. Then on the day we'd agreed to he called early and asked if he could send his guys over early to move the Vino Temp. I agreed to have them come over early. The guys moved the Veno Temp, a couch and chair very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job!! I highly recommend using them. Very professional and personable as well! I will use them in the future if we have any moving needs.

There were no surprises and both Ben and Dave called the day of the move to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. The crew of 4 that showed up were a pleasure to work with as well. They were all very kind and professional and you could tell that even though they were working hard doing something not many enjoy doing, they made the most of it and had fun with it. It is always a hit and miss when you open up a truck after driving it almost 1000 miles but when I opened the truck up at the end of my trip, everything was still exactly where they placed it! I made sure I had plenty of blankets, plastic wrap, ratchet straps, etc so that they were not short anything and they used a lot of what I had there which I was thankful for. Will for sure use them again when and if we have anything else to move around.

Emmit was quick to respond and able to send two guys within two hours on a Friday afternoon and it was unloaded in 45 minutes. They do require a 2 hour minimum which is standard for most companies. Overall, the service and professionalism this company has, I will recommend to you folks!

We needed to find moving help on Tuesday to be finished by Friday a.m. Not ideal timing, but we had an emergency that changed our plans. I contacted on Tuesday and by Wednesday 11 a.m., the mover had agreed in writing to come Thursday morning early for our small job. I wrote around 6 p.m. to confirm the exact time only to discover the mover wasn't coming. No notice and no explanation for why he hadn't contacted me other than to say he'd been busy that afternoon. Then it got weird. When I asked how he could cancel last minute like this with no explanation and no notice, he tried to gaslight me by saying it was my fault for booking last minute. There was no mention of this being too last minute when he'd agreed to do the move earlier. Also, super ironic for a company called "Anytime Anywhere"! Not sure what changed in the time since we'd talked. Our job was small and now he had a very early big move the next day. Maybe our booking so late bothered him so much he couldn't take it, and he'd decided to teach us a life lesson about planning by being a no-show. :D Not sure...in any case, see the screenshots and judge for yourself if you would trust this company with your business. The good news...even though Anytime Anywhere's actions left us looking for help after business hours, Full Service Moving (https://fullservicemoving.us/) saved the day. No bizarre guilt trips about booking last minute, and 100% professional and trustworthy communications. Not only did they agree to come the next day, they texted twice in advance with updates on timing. They impressed both me and my husband with their professionalism on-site, as well as their knowledge about moving and integrity regarding the job. We weren't able to move our piano into the room we wanted, and Full Service offered to come back the next day if we still needed help trying another location--impressive!
