Moving with All the Right Moves went all the wrong ways for me. When they first showed up, there was a misunderstanding. They didn't have boxes or knew I needed help packing. Okay, my bad. I packed myself while they moved around me. All day long I was reminded that the truck was looking too full and that my storage space sounded too small. I ended up feeling pressured to let them finish early, leabing me with a week of moving things in my small car. Unpacking now Several antiques have been broken, in addition to what I saw break on moving day before my eyes. After that I went through with the previous moving company a year ago, I was expecting a very stressful moving situation again( Mainly worry they might cause damage to the rental apt.), but no! No damage was done to the old and the new apartment(Other than a transfer paint on the floor which I wiped off easily with rubbing alcohol) all my things are safe as well. One guy arrived 30 minutes late and one guy had to stop later on due to discomfort(Which I feel sorry for, cuz there are a lot of stairs lol), but at the end they charged me fairly, they charged this job as a 2 men crew+truck instead of 3 men crew+ truck. It took 4 hours for the job( My new apartment is at the top floor therefore it added difficulties to the move), I got one bedroom and a lot of stuff as well. All of them were friendly, polite, professional. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I would DEFINITELY hire them for my future moves for sure. They are good! Hire them! When moving day arrived, the movers showed up at the scheduled time with 2 trucks and 6 guys. One team of 3 loaded the truck with boxes while the other 3 prepped and wrapped our furniture. They were careful with all of our belongings and were attentive to our requests during the entire moving process. All of our belongings made it to our new home without any damage and the team went above and beyond by carefully placing our furniture and boxes in the designated rooms. LET US DOWN BIG TIME AT THE LAST MINUTE Movers were booked in August, move was scheduled for 9/17/22; movers confirmed the day before; the day of the move the company literally 20 minutes before the scheduled time movers called to say the air quality was too bad and unable to move. I understand the air quality has been bad, that is why we called the night before to confirm at 5 PM and they made no mention that it may be rescheduled. My daughter is 6 months pregnant and my husband 65 years old and the air quality was not an issue. The company completely let us down and we had to move everything ourselves. The purpose of hiring movers is to make life easier not harder. I would never recommend this company as they could let you down at a moment's notice. They said they would have to reschedule for early next week but that is not an option when we have to get out of our apartment today. Definitely all the Wrong Moves with this company... After getting about 3 quotes from movers in the area, I landed on All the Right moves as they seemed the most recommended, as well as the least expensive. Devin provided me a quote over the phone and approximated my move to take about 4-5 hours, with 3 guys at $150/hour. The guys showed up right on time and came in to assess what was going. We had done most of the packing and hauling of boxes, so we wanted movers to move the furniture and heavy items (gun safe). ATRM charges an additional $40 for stairs (so $80 if you're moving from and to a two-story home), $100 for safes and/or pianos and they have a minimum of 3 hours. Although I was expecting a three-man crew, 4 guys arrived, which was a nice bonus. The move took longer than anticipated, but they were all friendly, professional and quick. After loading up the truck we all broke for lunch and reconvened at the new house about 45 minutes later. During the move, my husband saw that as the disassembler/assembler was moving in my brand new washing machine, he neglected to cover up the appliance or the door jam, and scratched the hell out of the side of it with the heads of the screws sticking out of the door jam. He didn't mention this, at all, so luckily my husband was there, heard it happening, and addressed it. The guy said that they'd probably just deduct about $50 off of our bill. This was disappointing, because at the end of the day, my shit is still scratched up - and regardless of whether you can see it or not (they kept saying "no biggie, you can't see that side anyway") I KNOW that it's scratched up and it still diminishes the resale value OR the fact that if we were to move again, that side MAY be showing in the next house. Does it warrant a brand new replacement? Probably not, or else I'd assume these places would go out of business, but I would hope they would take precautions to not let these sorts of things happen at all. When they were done moving, we discussed, again, about the damage and one of the guys got Devin on the phone to address the situation. Devin then spoke to my husband and they negotiated the discount to $125 (my husband originally said $150, which I still thought was modest). It kind of irked me that they'd even scoff at the $150, they should be paying for the repairs on what they damaged! No matter what the cost. That's just my two cents. I decided to hold off on this review until we were settled in and unpacked, and sure enough we found more issues: the first night in the house, as we were making our bed, we noticed that the center beam/support for the mattress of our king bed was crooked - like the legs at the bottom were horizontal so if we were to have got in the bed, the center would have probably collapsed. The water lines of my washer/dryer were also reversed (cold going into hot/hot going into cold); they're color coded! Blue means cold, red means hot! These things were easily fixed by us, but it's that kind of haste of them re-assembling and moving us into the new house that doesn't warrant a 5-star review. Also, the dismissal of my brand new, $1300 appliance does not sit well with me. You wouldn't key someone's brand new car on accident, while rotating their tires and just knock $20 off the bill. I mean, I guess you could try, but you're probably not going to get a return customer and that $20 isn't shit to the fact that that brand new vehicle is now marred by your negligence - which deducts the value a hell of a lot more than your discount. I'm giving them a 3-star rating because the guys were all very nice, professional, prompt and less expensive than their competitors. read more

Smooth move from quick response with estimate to polite efficient conversation confirming the charges and other details. We had a fairly small load to move and this company had a 3 hour minimum charge compared to 4 hours for most of the other companies we looked at. Crew (Devan and Dan) showed up on time and went right to work. We had one very heavy awkward item (treadmill) that was expertly maneuvered out of the room it was in and then back into the new place without damage to the machine or the walls. I can't believe I'm changing a review, however after unpacking for over a week I am finding some issues that I wasn't aware of. They were so nice and I was in such a hurry to move I overlooked certain things. When I mentioned the breaking of specific items at the new house, I did get an attitude of "it's ok.". But discovering they tweeked the doors on my washing machine was the final straw. I was never even given the chance to list damages. With big name companies although more expensive they give you a form to note damage and a time frame to notify them of damages. That didn't happen. The truck also dented the corner of the gutter on my house which my neighbor saw (why would he lie or imagine it?) but the guys said they did not hit it or see it. I can't say enough about the high-quality service my wife and I experienced it with these movers. They are family owned business and Perform first class service every step of the process. Their prices are fair and they are deficient in on time. We hired them to do a regional move for us from Reno to Eagle Point, Oregon. Their customer service in coordinating this move was very supportive and efficient. They loaded our belongings at our home in Reno on a Thursday morning and delivered everything two days later on Saturday morning in Eagle Point, OR. Not a single item was missing or damaged. They take great care to delicately load and brace everything you own in their trucks. The process of loading all of our items and furniture was like a dance and it was done literally in 2 1/2 hours to pack up a 2000 square-foot home. We had done all the packing ourselves before they loaded everything. Once they arrived at our new place they unloaded everything in 2 1/2 hours. They will break down furniture for you if you need them to, and they will reset it up in your new location. Some bits of advice that I have are that you should be well prepared with everything packed and ready to go when they arrive for your requested and confirmed moving time. Once they arrive they get "moving," literally. They will do a consultation a week or two prior to you moving and come see everything that you own and are packing. When they arrive to load everything up they will look through everything again and get busy. They will also point out any imperfections or current damage that you have already causing and are responsible for it before they move it out of your home and loaded up. They carefully wrapped our furniture and valuables and got them to our new home in one piece.
