I guess I'm just always amazed at how long short order or timely manner can be when it comes to these stores. To me it always seems to take forever to process seemingly simple transactions. After all these years in business I would like to think FedEx figured out a way to make everything that much easier for their teams to service customers, but they haven't. That said, the center is clean. There's hand sanitizer around, along with social distancing signs and the staff and patrons were wearing masks, so that was all good. Parking was a breeze because it's on a relatively non trafficked road and you can park right on the street. All in all, if you're cruising through or near this area, this outpost is a much better choice than the more civilian locations in strip malls.

On one visit, I asked the 2 workers there if they were getting such a machine and one of them said probably not because they've heard complaints of packages/boxes not fitting in the slot. Welp. No big deal. On my visits to this location, line was never longer than 3 deep and the wait was not too long at all. So why 3 stars? While the workers I've dealt with have been polite and helpful. However, I encountered a lady in here, just a couple of times, who was unnecessarily rude both times. One of the times, I had an amazon return and I had brought it in the box in which it was sent to me. She waited impatiently while I pulled up the return code on my phone, then after I showed it to her and she scanned it, she proceeded to practically yank the box out of my hand, grabbed the item then tossed the box aside with a loud sigh. The whole encounter left a bad taste in my mouth, but it didn't keep me from returning because other workers were not like her at all.

I walked in midday on a weekday and the self service kiosk wasn't marked as an Amazon Returns Kiosk. I asked if it was and the clerk said only if it was currently logged in. It wasn't. I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone else that had an issue with holes in a print order. When It was finally my turn, the label printer wasn't working and only printed to a different printer that the clerk then had to find. Bottom line my return eventually got processed (about 14 minutes) but they are not shining as a place I would want to come for other business with all of the confusion and missteps.

Online order was not ready, as informed. I was told, "You can always shop it yourself now you're here". Which I did and couldn't locate one item that was supposed to be in stock. "Yeah, we don't keep that one out. (Big sigh). I'll go and get it" I was then told I needed access to the email which it was purchased through, or the cashier couldn't release the products to me. After a back-and-forth, I was instructed to "just sign the phone". The store phone, not the individuals personal phone that seemed to be of greater importance, was grimy and utterly disgusting. I asked could the person just wipe or clean it first. "Everybody else uses it, what the problem ?" Errrrrrrm....exactly. Fortunately I have hand wipes in the car, as one does. I signed it. Grabbed my stuff. Exited. This entitled, lazy, obnoxious, 'ratchet', 'slore' of a girl is a perfect example of how the world is degenerating. There were a couple of mouse pads to choose from; we made our selection, headed to the cashier and was on our merry way. Overall, we had a fairly lackluster but positive shopping experience.
