I totally trust this special UPS Store and location with my very important packages. This is my 2nd year to UPS my very special winning Art Quilt for the 36th Annual Hoffman Fabric Challenge. I won last year and I hope to win again this year. Thank you to Carson and the amazing UPS staff who care so much about their customers. The quality of customer service was Five Star. My Amethyst Fender Guitar Art Quilt was wrapped and boxed professionally with Carson and I was able to insure my art quilt. My package will be in Mission Viejo on Tuesday. I thought the value of insuring and UPSing my package was very fair pricing. Thank you for the care you take in our packages and the service you give your customers. I am a proud UPS Customer. They asked if I was just dropping off. I said yes, after a brief discussion about had FedEx already picked up it sounded like they wanted to talk me out of dropping off the package because it wouldn't go out until Monday. Taking it somewhere else or coming back wouldn't have changed anything. A holiday weekend is the same everywhere. They finally scanned the package and then walked away leaving on the counter. I walked a few aisles and bought a few things but when I left my package was still sitting out. I had no confidence that they cared or would secure my package at some point before Monday. In the end it did go out and everything was fine. Not my cup of tea. I would rather go somewhere that they at least show some due care as they have no Idea if I am sending something simple or a valuable family heirloom.
