I guess I hadn't realized how much simple name badges had gone up in price since purchasing several years ago. I remember the last time I purchased from a company that was local and unfortunately owners have retired, so that's no longer business option. Previously badges were between eight and $10, today the estimate was around $22 apiece. Now that's quite an uptick, especially for a nonprofit, to be coming up with for 13 badges. i went ahead and placed the order, because we do need the badges. I've sent about 10 projects to them to print for me. Only once was a project done incorrectly. It was a spiral bound booklet and the spiral was added to the right side of the paper rather than the traditional left. I walked in midday on a weekday and the self service kiosk wasn't marked as an Amazon Returns Kiosk. I asked if it was and the clerk said only if it was currently logged in. It wasn't. I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone else that had an issue with holes in a print order. When It was finally my turn, the label printer wasn't working and only printed to a different printer that the clerk then had to find. Bottom line my return eventually got processed (about 14 minutes) but they are not shining as a place I would want to come for other business with all of the confusion and missteps.
