Deep provided excellent customer service by advising me to check with the representative first before purchasing additional packaging. I thanked him, as that advice could have saved me $6.49. That said, it was well worth the cost for such outstanding service--not just because I could have saved money, but because not all representatives take the time to offer helpful information or go the extra mile these days.

But one of the main reasons I go there is to give them packing materials that I don't want to put in the landfill. They will take your Styrofoam peanuts and clean Styrofoam and clean boxes because they can use that stuff, and I find that to be very helpful.

Tried to get in my car an catch her but she was gone. Called UPS location on Plumb Lane to see if they could hold it for me since that is where the delivery originated from and they gave me a number to call, 800-877-1670. All that number did was ask me am I over 50 and would I like a special deal for a medical alert bracelet and then hung up on me...twice! Called UPS directly and they said sometime next week I should get some new information on my delivery options. Well, it's a phone I ordered and planned on setting it up this weekend. Absolutely terrible service, and I cannot believe she drove right past and didn't even bother to check the address for a final delivery. I will never use them again!

Waste of time and money and still no shipping…read more I called this store to get an estimate for packing and shipping from Reno to Sacramento. I gave weight and dimensions and got an estimate of $110. I had purchased the item in question from a seller in Reno. Seller took the item to this store the following morning. I received a call from the seller saying he was at the store and the item required an extra $110 for bubble wrap and "merging two of our boxes." This felt really wrong. You can get a LOT of bubble wrap and cardboard boxes for $110. And j had provided the weight and dimensions previously. Why there was any surprise at all is beyond me. But I didn't want to drag it out for the seller and sent the additional $110. An hour later I got a call from the seller saying UPS now wanted nearly $600 for shipping. I had recently purchased an identical item from a store in HAWAII and the total shipping FROM HAWAII was $150. I called the store. The person I spoke to was incredibly rude. Went on and on about the difference between an estimate and a actual cost, about the value of "our boxes" and bubble wrap, and how their inept packaging changed the weight and dimensions to cost more than double the estimate. I had the seller take the item home. I'll drive to Reno to pick it up as it will be much easier than dealing with the pirates at this store. I ended up giving the seller $50 for the significant trouble this location put him through. Reading other reviews it really seems like this store is a liability to the UPS brand and corporate should seriously consider shutting it down.

The owner and staff at this laundromat are epic! I had to do…read morelaundry one day and my 3 year old was sick. When we got there, she had to throw up outside. They offered water. While we were inside she had to throw up, they gave me supplies to help. Again she had to throw up, this time all over the floor! They insisted on cleaning it up for me and gave us towels. I cannot express my gratitude to them enough for their generosity and compassion. We use this laundromat every time we are in Truckee, and will continue to do so.
