Horrible experience. Had a delivery coming from this location. Watched the driver drive right by, stop at a few houses across from mine, then got a text saying final delivery attempt made as she drove away. Tried to get in my car an catch her but she was gone. Called UPS location on Plumb Lane to see if they could hold it for me since that is where the delivery originated from and they gave me a number to call, 800-877-1670. All that number did was ask me am I over 50 and would I like a special deal for a medical alert bracelet and then hung up on me...twice! Called UPS directly and they said sometime next week I should get some new information on my delivery options. Well, it's a phone I ordered and planned on setting it up this weekend. Absolutely terrible service, and I cannot believe she drove right past and didn't even bother to check the address for a final delivery. I will never use them again! read more

I live in a senior housing apartment building. Unfortunately with so many guests and residents I lost package's due to "porch pirates". I searched Yelp for nearby UPS stores and I found this one. I was able to rent a mailbox to have my Amazon deliveries arrive to a secure location. All 4 employees at the store are kind and helpful. Amber, Amanda, Rodney & Tori let me use their dolly to take things to my car... I enjoyed their service and great attitude so much I brought them all custom drinks from the Starbucks at the end of the sidewalk in the same complex. Great location & wonderful staff read more

5 stars for employee Karan. I had to return something that was really heavy and oddly shaped, and I can't even describe how much difficulty I had with this return. I tried to box it myself multiple times and it fell through the bottom of the box. I tried to get Amazon to let me return it without a box and they wouldn't and I didn't want the object to break. Karan is a rockstar. He went out of his way to help me and he was extremely meticulous and professional. I'm so glad to be done with this issue and have so much gratitude for this awesome employee. Helpful and friendly team! I had to ship a few things back after the holidays. With the snow I wasn't sure if businesses downtown were going to be open and accessible. This location is very close to my home so that's super convenient. I've used it several times mostly for Amazon returns. It's so simple to return these days, you don't even need a box... I recently was changing my will before a big trip this fall and we needed to get the document notarized and witnessed too. It's a one stop store with all these kinds of services provided. This is a review solely based on the ATT U-Verse return service operated by the UPS Store. Returning cable equipment is nothing short of an unbearable chore. Thankfully there are wonderful people in the world like Victoria, who come to work everyday with a smile and make these tasks a bit more enjoyable. The UPS Store is drab and boring, but Victoria's smile and positive attitude brightened it right up. She was fast and efficient in processing the order, knew exactly what she needed from me, and was extremely personable and friendly throughout the transaction. The world needs more people like Victoria in it, and I hope the next person who meets her will thank her for all her positivity. I was dreading this return though. I figured they'd need me to help package this stuff up, fill out forms, and jump through all sorts of hoops to turn this back, but AT&T really made this process easy. Victoria scanned the equipment and immediately found my account, which she verified with my ID. I signed indicating that I returned the equipment and she printed verification too. She let me know I should hang onto it, just in case something went wrong and they tried to charge me for it. I thanked her for her thoroughness and went on my way. It was that easy. Very efficient staff!! With only using them once a month, I am not a regular, but as soon as they put my phone number in, I am called by my name (an more than once while there). Very knowledgeable with their computer system, could even pull up a zip code that I had wrong. They always make sure the right sized package is purchased and take care of the items going in the box. Making sure it is padded and tight. Without charging you for the little bit extra that had to go in to not make it shake around. read more

While on a weekend getaway to Reno, I needed to do some business shipping and called upon this store. It's favorably located thereabouts in the mid-town section of Reno. Tucked away in an attractively landscaped cul-de-sac strip mall with a Starbuck's a few doors down. I had a pre-paid return shipping label for a rather small item, but without a shipping container (box) or packing materials. Other UPS stores I've been to have been more generous with complimentary materials so long as you had the prepaid label. Amazon and some other companies for example tell their customers "No box is needed" for returns. But, know here at this store you'll instead be upsold for these items. Ex: "Need a box? Need packing peanuts? That'll be $ xx.xx." Thankfully, the tape is free, lol? The kids working the counter were polite enough, likely just following policy set forth by a frugal manager/owner. Finally, nature urgently called while I was in-store, but they don't provide a public restroom for their customers either. Began nervously scanning the parking lot for a nearby secluded tree (#1-sie) lol, but the kids instead directed me to the Starbuck's down the strip mall. Not sure how Starbuck's feels about them diverting customers to their restrooms, but...if you gotta go, you gotta go, no? Upshot to this review for this location? Make sure to carry along any shipping materials with you and do your potty business before arrival, lol. read more

Terrible experience - go to Keystone/I-80 (UPS 0949) instead! We came in at the direction of the Passport/Visa office to get a UPS return label to include when sending our passport to NY for processing. Both staff working there told us it was impossible to do this - they could only provide a label for a package to be returned to their store and insisted they were unable to calculate shipping costs from NY to my home for the return package. Completely untrue (not to mention really lacking common sense). No one who works at UPS #4364 could figure out how to enter a ship-from and ship-to address to calculate shipping??? Their guidance to us was, "Maybe you can do it online and email it to us." Give these people some training! (And take your business elsewhere.) read more

Quick and easy drop off of two packages with pre-paid labels. The guy behind the counter was super nice and very efficient. He even taped up my boxes for me and didn't have me buy my own packing tape which I offered to do since I had two boxes that needed taped up. He also covered my old labels with blank stickers (I was returning something in the original box) instead of having me peel them off or scratch them out with a marker. I'll definitely come back here next time I need to send something. I love our post offices but I always have a much better experience at UPS. Lots of parking here and it looks like you can get a mailbox too (with a real street address, as is advertised) which I didn't know was A Thing. read more

100% pure garbage. I felt like I was on crazy pills watching the girls behind the counter "work". There was half a dozen people in the store waiting on these idiots behind the counter who had a half a brain combined. Even the other customers were commenting the staff that they should be better than this.. Its fine if you hate your job, most do, but you shouldn't be blatantly lazy discussing the latest episode of The Housewives of North Las Vegas while people are clearly fed up with your lack of urgency. I held my rage deep inside me as I didn't want to make a scene, but I felt like jumping over the counter and doing their job for them. Extremely frustrating. Anyone reading this should join me in taking our parcel shipments elsewhere so we can close this store down, the owner and employees do not deserve to work... Sorry for the rant. Free Tape! that is a nice perk that you can't get everywhere. I have come here a couple of times for mailing shopping returns, and mailing gifts. They always package the presents appropriately and with great care, and never seem annoyed when i waltz in with an armful of packages to send off. Today i came in literally three minutes to closing and while i felt bad for it, they were nothing but warm and welcoming to me and another customer that came in. Its in a nice shopping center, right next to a starbucks with ample parking. read more

To be avoided for sure .. Employees are reluctant to help and good to come up with any single excuse to refuse a package or give a customer the runaround.. I had a Prepaid UPS pkg with the lable on it and they refused it bcz the pkg had a declared value/insurance!!!.. I called ups and the phone agent basically laughed at them !!# I even offered to xl my label and buy a new label from them worth about $140 but the person said no you have to go to the UPS hub sparks in order to get insurance for your package !! ... Luckily I saw a ups driver and he gladly accepted the pkg and signed for it. What a difference on customer service .. Avoid this location at all costs. !!! read more

The friendly girls at "The UPS" store at the Plumbgate shopping center were friendly, fast and give free tape to make sure my label didn't peel off.They even had this random box filed with FREE samples of Degree deodorant. You can smell nice and have your packages mailed.I highly recommend you bring your packages here. read more

Absolutely awful. I have gone into this store a few times against my best judgement. Everytime I go into this store all the girls are in the back talking and no one seems to get to the front fast enough. There conversations are more important to them then the customers. I went in to this store just a couple days ago and one of the employees were on their phone talking in the front area. I did notice that one employee that seemed to me to be the best one there always super sweet and helpful. She actually helped me with quite a few printing Jobs im pretty sure her name was Jessica. I was very sad to hear that she no longer worked there. Kind of understandable I would quit too if I was the only one doing my job. I will no longer go to this UPS store especially now that she is gone. Just some advice get new management that doesn't sit in there butts all day and new employees that actually want to work. read more

I got a post office box here about a year ago because my mail was being stolen from my home. Although the mailbox isn't cheap, I am saving money in the long run because I get my stuff. This is a friendly, family-run business with excellent customer service. When I walk in the door, they KNOW who I am and that I have a package. It is pretty amazing to me because I only send packages there. Worth every penny. read more
