I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mony at The UPS Store 2972 in Reno! As an art dealer who ships valuable and fragile works, proper packing is absolutely critical. Mony went above and beyond to ensure my Porsche muffler was packaged with exceptional care, using extra padding and taking the time to make sure it would arrive safely. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about protecting my shipment. It's rare to find someone who treats your belongings as if they were their own. Outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized. If you're shipping anything important, fragile, or valuable, I highly recommend asking for Mony. She made the entire experience stress-free, and I will absolutely use this location again whenever I'm in the Reno area. Thank you, Mony, for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication. You are truly an asset to The UPS read more

We've had a company mailbox here for a number of years and couldn't be happier. Mony has been incredibly helpful, going out of her way a number of times to solve challenges for us. The few times we've needed assistance, we've been able to get the answer we've needed within minutes. Thank you again! read more

The team at this UPS Store is amazing! Very knowledgeable, willing to find solutions to meet your needs and the hands-on care you would want in a mailbox solution. I've been working from my home office for years and having their address be my forward facing address brings comfort and convenience. I've never experienced any sales associate being rude like at other UPS locations - quite the opposite... even during rush times like before, during and post holiday szn when the rush of purchases and returns must be insane.. they may look stressed, but they are still highly professional. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Employee# 291324 helped me today and apparently I didn't have the proper bag for shipping my return item (I thought it only needed a printed return label.) The boy asks me if I wanted a bag for $1. When he rings me up it's $2.15, which is a little misleading. It was actually $2 plus tax, not to mention the boy never said hello. read more

Not sure if one of the managers was having a bad day or something, but the older gentleman wasn't very gentle. His badge said SALES ASSOCIATE. Very rude. There was nobody else in the store other than the workers just staring and didn't want to help by even have a simple calm conversation. Do not recommend. I feel bad for who's working with him. read more

This is the best UPS Store in the whole area. I used to live a block away and so this was my primary store. But now I am in Damonte and after trying other UPS stores, I always come back here. They are efficient and usually have three persons working instead of two. This make the line move faster. I am always shipping stuff out and this place make my life easier. I don't even mind driving out of my way to get here rather than take the packages to the store closer to me. I feel comfortable that my package will get to where it is going where a couple of the other stores, I leave not sure about the process. I don't like being stresses out about a lost package and this place I feel confidant in their service. And they are a good spot to take Amazon returns. It makes it a little busier but they get the job done. read more

Time for an overdue update. This place has gotten busier since it has become an Amazon return hub. The staff here at the UPS Store are dialed into what needs to be done to get these returns processed. I am fascinated by how fast they get things done. And with a smile on their faces as well! If you are over optimistic like I am and totally destroy the plastic packaging on your Amazon delivery, you can purchase a mailer at UPS for a dollar and some odd change and pack up your goods at the store. Slap on your label or use your QR code and you are on your way. Friendly people work here. Right around the corner from my abode in South Reno. Great, fast services! I have also used their notary services which is convenient! read more

Best UPS store in the area! Conveniently located, notary, mailing services, clean, helpful staff. Call first for notary so you don't miss her at lunch! read more

Fastest service here ever today! Can't say it was because there weren't any customers in line, because there were, but it seemed they were staffed up and ready to roll. I had an Amazon package and two others to send out and they were weighed, measured and processed so fast! I didn't catch the employee's name, but she had some rad tattoos on her forearms and knuckles and she was lightning quick. The Amazon returns at UPS are brilliant. If you're not using those you need to because you just drop it off! You don't have to pack it up, print a label or anything. Amazon sends you a QR Code that UPS scans, they take the item from you and off it goes. Ive been shipping with UPS for a while now and I'm going to continue. Thanks a bunch for making this easy! read more

I was serviced by the most customer friendly personnel today named Mony! She assisted me with shipped 2 problematic packages that I needed to ship, and made everything smooth and easy with her excellent service. She did this expediently and with a friendly demeanor. I actually drive from Dayton to this particular UPS store just to do business, because it is the nicest and friendly of the places I have had to do business with. Carson City makes things so difficult to get thing shipped. I would absolutely do business at this location over and over! read more

Need documents notarized ? We came here because of al the great reviews! We called to verify there was a notary and the cost. It was $5.00 for the signature and $ 2.50 after that. We also needed to 2nd day air, and since I checked in with Yelp I got 10% off !! Quick, friendly and fast! read more

Went in for a doc notarization. The service was fast and efficient and the woman was personable. Would use this location again!

I go here often with my Amazon returns and to send packages to my daughter. I am not always super prepared, but they never complain. They are always super helpful and friendly! Love this store. Kayden is awesome! read more

Ups store on wedge parkway. The team is so helpful and helpful. I give them 5 stars because this ups store is the best in Reno

With all that's been going on with Covid-19 and the amount of business UPS has been doing because of it, I was pleased with the service I received on my most recent visits. I had two separate trips where I needed to drop off packages to ship. They were very helpful in helping with packaging and labeling and it was a super quick and painless process. If you have shipping or pickup needs, they've got a solution for you and help you with the process. The employees here have great attitudes and it's a pleasure to do business with them. read more

The UPS store used to be a good way to send packages, but now it is just a joke. If you visit this location you better brings some snacks and a comfy chair because you will be waiting a VERY LONG TIME. read more

Always helpful, knowledgeable, and the customer service is always on point. Makes me want to quit my job and work with this wonderful group of people. This location is the literal answer of, What can brown do for you? read more

The UPS store located in the Galena Junction Shopping Center is the most professional store in the Reno/Sparks area. I will drive across town to use their services. All the staff are super friendly and professional. I have been to a few other stores in the area and I would have fear if my packages would actually be sent. Mike is the owner and he is super friendly and it seems whenever I am in there his employees enjoy working with him. If you are looking for a safe UPS store to drop off your packages I would go with this location. read more

I don't know why I never thought of reviewing the UPS Store on Wedge Parkway before. I've been there many times over the years and more and more lately with Amazon returns. The staff there is always top notch. It doesn't matter which team member helps you they are all super helpful, responsive, efficient and friendly. I was there again today and as always, the same quality service. The owner of this particular store should be proud of ALL of his employees. read more

I always use this UPS Store because they're fast, friendly and very efficient! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful especially to those of us that are techno challenged read more

Through trial and error, this is now my go-to UPS Store. I even drive past two other locations because of the wonderful folks at the Wedge Pkwy/Mt Rose Hwy location. One store I went to charged me for an Amazon return, then didn't print the return label and it got sent back to me. And don't offer a discount - neither military or AAA. Another location was the same with not offering a discount for either of these. No more - I've never had a problem with this location and all their employees are friendly and helpful, even when there's a line of people - they don't get flustered or rude - they're consistently awesome. It's worth the drive!! read more

I was returning an Apple product. Apple sent the return info and said to take to any UPS store. I went to the Wedge Parkway store and they said they don't take Apple products. I questioned the counter person and he said no UPS stores handle Apple returns. After a 30 minute call to Apple they said that didn't make sense. On their advice I tried another UPS Store and they took it. No problem. Not impressed with Wedge Parkway location, especially when they obviously just make things up. read more

I love this store. Everyone here is simply amazing! Randall, Anna and the whole staff always greet me by name, they probably see me coming and run because I always order so many packages I never go to any other store. It's always so clean, everyone is polite and always in a good mood. The staff here is super knowledgeable, and if someone doesn't know they ask another team member and get it done; and teach the other person while doing it. I am very happy to have met everyone here, Mike is doing a great job and has a huge asset at this location just in his team alone! read more

The UPS print team has done it again! This was our second print job that this UPS store (next to Raleys on Wedge Parkway) handled. The first job was a banner for our trade booth and this one a multi-color folded flyer. Both of these orders turned out beautifully and are of exceptional quality. Our creative director said that the expertise and knowledge of the staff here was better than any he has dealt with in San Francisco (where his business is located) or online. I know that the allure of lower online prices for printing can be hard to resist but bring your print jobs here and you'll be hard pressed to justify going anywhere else! read more

Great customer service really helpful staff. Great prices on mailboxes copies. Nice after hours entrance.

This store is an amazing resource to have in South RENO. I travel a lot and they efficiently can send me my mail (I have a mailbox there) anywhere upon request. They are friendly and quick to understand the shipment challenge and offer options to solve the problem. As a small business owner, they are a blessing to help me in so many ways! read more

Great people to do business with. Always pleasant and willing to help quickly and efficiently.

Couldn't have asked for a better visit when I shipped with this store. The staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn't anyone in line when I walked in, so with my pre-printed shipping label I was in and out in less than a minute with receipt in hand. The parking lot can be crazy, it took me longer to get parked than it did to ship my package! read more

Been a PO Box holder for 4 years now. Initially chose this outlet due to its location & most of all , they offered me a "street address". Today, I couldn't name a single employee. Meaning I've mostly come in, pick up my mail & leave. With several other services over this duration utilized, like overnighting a package. All said, just about bet my life that not once, have I failed to be greeted. Regardless of how busy they might have been. I've always found them professional first. As well, I benefit greatly from knowing I'll always get from them, a process that increases the value of the services provided, at the lowest possible costs. It's a UPS store! How hard should that be, to run the outlet correctly? But, as a full time RV'er who also benefits from their flawless forwarding program, I've sure seen some goofed up outlets across the country. read more

They are always friendly and know me by name. So quick and efficient I love popping in for my business needs.

:) Glad to be the first to write a review for the UPS Store that I have been going to five days a week for the last three and a half years (our business mail goes to a box there). All I can say is that Steve is one of the best small business owners I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and every one of his employees is obviously hand picked. No matter what issue I've had or what extra mile I've asked them to run, they've always helped me out with a smile on their face and the honest drive to please their customer. If you are looking for a PO box without the PO, or if you have shipping/fax/notary needs, they will set you up. read more

If you need something large packaged and you don't have the right boxes or don't want to spend time building a box this is the place to go. I've found the service to always be professional and the job done well. Their pricing is of course a bit higher, but you are paying for service and the piece of mind that your package or item will get their in one piece. I've also used them to make copies and put together binders and have had only success. read more

The workers at this store are awesome and very responsible. They were quick in providing assistance in shipping my item. I have one major concern. An individual who received some high quality alcoholic bottles in a shipment thought it would be great to share a shot or two with the woman working in the store. This was a major red flag. I understand this individual meant well, but does he understand that other customers were in the shop, and serving alcohol to workers working on the job probably violated company policies, and possibly state and county laws. The woman were very responsible in telling this guy no, but he kept insisting and informed them that their boss said it was ok. As a customer who rarely does business at this store, I must say that this incident is concerning. Drinking on the job is a no no and no customer should be opening alcohol and serving it to employees at a business such as this. read more

I absolutely love the people who work here! They make shipping and picking up packages so easy! I walked in with two large boxes to ship at 4:59, a minute before closing and the man there was nothing but friendly and super efficient. I just moved to the area. This team is the best! I use them for all of my business printing needs and they knock it out of the park every time. They are quick, professional, and well priced. The UPS Store does a great job for me. I'm frequently having my mail held and/or forwarded, and I receive all my packages there. Everything is handled very well, never a problem. Staff is knowledgeable and professional and does not turn over. I'm always able to deal with the same people. A plus is the e-mail notification when packages are received and ready for pickup. No negatives here. read more

Amazing customer service! I usually ship through USPS because it tends to be less expensive. I was in a rush and didn't have time to deal with the post office. I dropped of a wrapped present at the UPS store and they boxed and shipped it for me. Unfortunately, the package was sent (ground) to Colorado instead of Southern California and delivery was delayed a few days. I called and spoke to someone at the store. They told me UPS screwed up and they would keep an eye on it for me. They also suggested I call back after delivery confirmation, and they would help me submit a claim to UPS to get my money refunded. Life happened and I got busy, totally forgot to file a claim. Yesterday (a little over three weeks after I shipped it), I received a check in the mail for my shipping cost. Yes, some awesome employee at this UPS Store location went ahead and filed the claim on my behalf. I have another package to ship and I will likely have them do it again, just so I can thank them in person. Well done! read more

Best UPS Store I have ever dealt with. The customer service is excellent. We have been a customer for over 3 years.

These folks are really in business to help all of us. They offer many services which are valuable and come in really handy when you need them. I always go here instead of the Post Office, it's so much easier. We faxed our paperwork for our refi from here....saved alot of time and expense! read more
