I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

I booked online, and got a call confirming move-in date, and they wanted to make sure someone was there when I needed to move-in. I moved in on a 1/2 off special. Great prices IMO. I booked a 10x5 initially, realized it was too small once I got there, and they moved me to a 10x10 drive up with zero issues. Gates are working, and not alot of people going in and out when I was there. I need to go check on things after the big storm last week, but here's hoping there isn't any damage from snow melt or leakage. It's out a-ways. I live in town, but work near storage so that makes it tolerable especially for the price. Would recommend.

While they did not have a space the size I needed they did provide alternates and the date a unit would be available. Fast forward a few weeks, move to Reno is complete, and I had just spent the week at the lake and did not want to put my boat back at the horrible storage facility I was using, so I decided to drop in and see if they maybe had something. The service that was provided by Homero was amazing and although the space is still to big for me, I rented it on the spot. Clean, secure and exactly what I wanted for my wakeboat. You could tell, based on how Homero helped me, that they truly care about their business and their customers. If you have a boat or an RV you care about, this is the place to rent from.
