It appeared as if a rock from their drainage culvert was dropped onto my trailer and bounced up damaging the gel coat. The rock was still sitting on the trailer and another under the boat. Not a big deal. As a small business owner, I understand that things happen that are out of your control. We called out a fiberglass repairman. The quote was $700. My immediate thought was that they should repair it, no?!? After going some rounds with Hudson (one of the owners), I offered to cover the cost of the repair, keep it off of our insurance and trade a couple months of storage in return. I was told that not only did they not agree to that, but I had 30 days to get my camper and boat out of their facility (during the winter). I removed my camper that night and returned in the AM to remove my boat. My renewal is due in three days, I'm sure that they'll charge me. If they do not, I'll update this review. Anyway, beware as always. Things were great until they weren't. I didn't expect pushback on such a minor repair from a facility with literally millions of $$'s worth of vehicles stored there. Edit: I am a man of my word. Hudson is not going to charge me for next month as I am currently moved out. I have added back a star, but the issue is unresolved. I am still on the hook to repair my boat and spent hours relocating after putting my boat away already once for winter. Regardless, if there were a resolution or not, my confidence in this business is lost.

Even though they were full at the moment she encouraged me to call back since they did have some move outs pending. I did call back 2 days later and Connie helped me rent a unit right away. Connie was also very helpful and lovely to work with. This place is locally owned and they are not going to raise your rent multiple times like the big name places. NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

I can't say enough good things about this place!…read more I needed a place to park a small trailer for a few days on my way back from Burning Man. Just for a few days -- but other places I called wouldn't rent me a space for less than a month's rent. This place charged me a weekly rate of $20 -- totally fair! Plus, the proprietor (Ellen) was SUPER friendly and helpful. I was able to park my trailer right up front, and pick it up anytime within the week, 24/7. (The gates stay open 24/7, but the location is so rural and remote, sort of tucked under I-80, that it feels totally safe.) I would DEFINITELY use this place again, and would recommend it to anyone needing to store a boat/RV/trailer -- especially Burners; the place is Burner-friendly and stores tons of other Burners' RVs onsite. Bonus: the location is just a few miles off the Verdi exit on I-80 just outside Reno, and is very easy to access, especially for Burners coming to/from the Bay Area! Ten thumbs up!
