I had Alberto and his team remove a couple of tree from my front yard, and then plant two new trees. They arrived right on time, and immediately got to work. In no time at all they had removed the two trees, and were planting the new ones. The result was even better than what I had hoped for. It's "perfect". My next door neighbor had a large Pine tree that she needed to have removed. She talked with Alberto, and said he could do the job once mine was completed. My neighbor and I are so pleased. Alberto was professional and friendly. His work was done quickly, with an extremely high level of quality, and done at a very reasonable price. A definite 5+ star rating. read more

We had a problematic elm tree next to our garage. It appeared to be rotting at its base. I called Expert Tree and Yard Service and Alberto replied almost immediately and gave a very reasonable estimate. In addition, within a week the tree was removed by Hugo and Elio within 5 hours of showing up. Watching these two was like seeing a finely tuned machine function! I did postpone the initial time set for removal due to weather moving in, but Alberto rescheduled us within a day after the snow melted! I HIGHLY recommend Expert Tree and Yard Service! read more

This was my first time utilizing a tree service and I'm so glad I trusted yelp and went with Expert Tree & Yard Service. When I reached out, Alberto responded the same day to communicate with me and schedule a time for a free estimate. He communicated before he came over for the estimate to confirm his arrival. The estimate was quick and the price was decent. Afterwards send me a bid/quote through quickbooks which I accepted and we easily scheduled the day of the service. I needed a tree in my front yard removed completely and four trees along my fence line removed as they were destroying my fence, scraping my roof, and dangling precariously into my neighbors property. The day that the removal was scheduled Alberto's brother + one additional employee showed up at 8am and worked like crazy through 2pm. The whole staff was kind, courteous, and left my property better than they found it. These guys have all the stuff, the big trucks, the sky bucket, the chipper, the stump grinder...I was impressed at the amount of wares they got onto my property so effortlessly. They offered to do a couple of extra and nice things that I hadn't put in part of the original scope of work, and I graciously took them up on it. I received an invoice via quickbooks about an hour after all crew left my property and it was for the exact amount we discussed at the estimate. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to have trees removed. read more

Alberto responded to my telephone call within three business hours and indicated he would come by that same day to take a look at the tree and provide a quote. I received a quote by text later that afternoon, and I agreed to the quote, and asked him to please schedule the tree and stump removal, and he responded that they would be here the following day. he arrived just after 8:30 AM and completed the job and cleaned up very quickly. Ultimately, it took less than two and a half business days from the initial phone call to the removal of the tree stump. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a tree removal and stump removal completed at their property. read more

Off the bat I will tell you, I am already going to hire this company for more projects! The owner responds and communicates in a timely manner. The crew is very hard working and does a fabulous job! You get a free estimate and the price is fair. My mom and I have been very worried about the sagebrush in our backlot. We wanted to get rid of it before fire season starts. I contacted a few companies and Expert Tree and Yard Service was the one to respond the best! I greatly appreciate everything the crew did! I felt so bad because this was a huge job. They did it in a timely manner, as well. I thought it would take a couple of days, they were done in 3 hours! I don't know if you ever cut sagebrush, but it gets heavy. We have at least another quarter of an acre of land! I can add to my backyard!!!! Thank you, Expert Tree and Yard Service!!!! You are awesome!!!! You brought more value to our home! See you again soon!!!! read more

Expert Tree and Yard Service - Tree Services Near Me - Reno, Nevada

I got an estimate to take a tree down and the estimator came out on time and was friendly. He gave a good price on taking down a tree in my front yard. I would have used his company if I could have gotten it down before my vacation in two weeks. I was even thinking about having it done 6 weeks later when I got back. But one other company came out and told me they could take it down this week, like in two days. It was the same price so I went with that company. But I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future because the price was good and they were prompt with the estimate although I never received the written estimate. Thanks for being a reliable company that actually contacts potential customer back. Many times you contact these busy companies and never hear back. read more

I woke up one morning to find my Raywood Ash uprooted from a strong windstorm we had over the weekend. I frantically started calling tree service companies to get the tree removed ASAP, as I was trying to avoid any further damage to my outbuilding. Alberto (the owner), requested I send him photos of the tree and he said he would have someone out that afternoon. Alberto's brother and his employee came out, surveyed the scene and gave me a price quote right then and there. They removed the tree, all the branches & limbs and ground down the stump. (They even cut the larger pieces for me for firewood.) I'm so pleased with their promptness, professionalism, friendliness and efficiency I just have to share it with others in the hopes that this company continues to succeed in our area. Since I have a lot of trees on my property, I have put their number in my phone contacts in case of any future tree emergencies. Thanks again guys, you saved the day! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Expert Tree & Yard Service, and specifically Alberto. I have been needing to have about 6 trees on my property trimmed and pruned. They were long overdue. Another local business quoted me what I thought was a very expensive quote to do the service. I called Expert Tree and left a message requesting a quote. Alberto called me back within a short time and told me he could come by my house to give me a quote that same day! Other businesses I contacted were 1-3 weeks out just to get a quote so I was ecstatic he could come out the same day. He arrived when he said he would, was friendly and walked my property. His quote was VERY reasonably priced and he got me schedule in a week a half. On the day of the service, Alberto's team showed up bright and early and on time. They immediately got to work and worked straight for about 4-5 hours. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed with thr level of customer service and the fair business practices of this company. I highly recommend! My neighbors also hired them to do work for them as well. Alberto and team are too notch! read more

I requested 3 estimates through Yelp. I only included highly rated companies... Expert Tree Service answered first. They expeditiously provided an estimate. The other 2 companies were less than personable and didn't care whether or not if they got the job. Expert Tree Service came prepared with professional experience and tools to do the job. They made sure that we were happy every step of the way. The work was done at a reasonable price and I would welcome them back for any future projects. read more

Alberto runs a good operation. The job was excellent, with timely work and good communication. Recommended!

The yard needed some tlc, but more importantly was all the huge thorn infested bushes, a tree that had grown over the rooftop of the home, Overgrown trees, weeds and shrubbery. Alberto is the Arborist Guru. He knows all the names of trees, bushes; including the thorny ones! He knows what you want and simply gets the job done. The winter storms and high winds did a number on our trees this winter. Expert replied promptly when I reached out. I had a visit and quote within a couple days. Alberto stopped by and gave us an estimate to prune an overgrown scotch pine that wasn't fully pruned previously by another company. A few weeks later he and an employee came out and did a phenomenal job thoroughly pruning that tree and even offered to trim some branches off another tree, which we agreed to. Alberto charged us what he originally quoted AND cleaned up the area which was full of pine needles that were already there. We will recommend them to everyone and utilize their services in the future without question. read more

We had several trees removed and stumps ground in our back yard and they did a great job. The trees were in between the house and a rockery wall and causing problems with their roots in both directions. The crew were efficient and quick and they raked up and removed all the debris. I can't say enough good things about them. They were socially distanced and wore masks if we were near. I would call them again without hesitation if we ever needed them in the future. No reservations whatsoever. GREAT JOB!!! read more

Alberto and crew did a fantastic job pruning a dozen trees in my yard. The ones requiring the most time were a false plum, fruited plum and cherry tree. The fruit trees had delivered THOUSANDS of fruit and I needed to have them pruned back so that next year's harvest would be lessened. The false plum tree suffered damage from the winter snows and required careful pruning to better shape it. My yard was left clean with all the branches and fruit removed. I highly recommend Expert Tree Service. read more
