The following comments are factual:…read more I am in the process of requesting claim service from the owner of this company. This company was hired to pack up items and load them into a pod on June 26, 2026. The pod was received in Tennessee on July 7, 2026. I reached out to the owner of this company for the first time on July 7th, and he asked me to send pictures in which I did through a text message. He and I discussed that the contract that I agreed upon was not fully carried out. Through our conversation he did express that he had new management that would have taken care of this move on that day and at the time he was very apologetic . Last week we had an another phone call conversation and he expressed to me that within 48 hours he would be getting back with me on what his claim department would do for my reimbursement of this claim. Yesterday, July 20, 2026. I sent two text messages to the number that he had told me to communicate to him on , he did not respond to either message. Today I have reached out using two seperate numbers that I found for his business and my call has been screened and no one has returned my calls. I went with this company because I felt they were prepared to take good care of us. On his contract, it reads at the top "treat customers like family first: when you're with us your family". I really liked what they shared in this business motto. This company, wrote a contract that included that they will be disassembling the queen bed bed frame and wrap the furniture. My furniture was to be placed carefully in the pod. The equipment on the contract that I paid for included cargo straps, Furniture pads, and blankets, stretch wrap, and protective plastic. I will show you a copy of my contract below in the pictures. I will also show you pictures of what my items look like when they arrived. The owner of the company has spoke with me on two previous occasions he said to give him 48 hours (that was seven days ago), and he would have a response from his claim department. I text him twice yesterday and made two phone calls today to two separate numbers with no answering response unfortunately this puts me in a very difficult spot. I am now without my Primary furniture pieces to start a new home in Tennessee. All I was wanting was to be compensated for the damage. I am more than ready to work with the owner, however, he is choosing to make this very difficult. Now I will take the necessary steps to make this company fully responsible for their contract neglect. I will be elaborating much more. I am hoping that the owner will reach out to me today after reading this all I want is for this to be worked out quickly and promptly. To add to this review, they sent me a picture that they said that their staff took. It is clearly not the items in the pod. I have recorded videos to show that their photo of the picture is false. I will be posting those also. I cannot believe that they accused me of something that I clearly did not do. I have kept it above board the whole entire time. I want to be respectful and work with this company. I have gone out of my way to try to make this work out. I recently sent a certified packet, that included all the photos taken of my items, my request letter to finalize this claim. They did not sign for the packet. I was trying to work with this company. Now, it leads me to taking the next steps. This could do easily be handled. Sent them text again today, no response.
