NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

Top of the line technology with phone app access to units, also known as NoKey access. The units come in several different sizes and are indoor and temperature controlled. David Godley, owner, was very easy to work with and very accommodating. As for the the rental rate, it was very reasonable as compared to other storage facilities in the area. We also felt a sense of security with the using the recommended lock and automatic security gate which utilized each tenants individual code. The only minor nit pick would to say that the strorage unit is not very well sealed around the door as it can accumulate quite a bit of dirt. We also noticed some mice droppings when we moved out. However, we somewhat experience that with our own garage. Even still, I feel comfortable giving 4 stars to this business.
