NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

After discussing our Dilemma with her, she assured me that she would find the Perfect Unit for our needs so that our PODS container would not interfere with Other Patrons ! She was Absolutely Spot On !! When my husband and I arrived, we had the honor of meeting Alanna and she showed us the Unit She Chose for us Which is 1/2 the Price we were paying for our PODS Unit ! Our PODS Unit was delivered expertly, my husband and I Unloaded it, moving it into the Fixed Unit at Desert Highlands and later that afternoon the PODS unit was Picked up ! It was a Perfect Day for us and we cannot say enough Great Things about this MinI Storage Facility ! Great Management and Totally Secure ! He even gave a gift basket to us and I found out I bought the wrong lock. Fermin was nice enough to give me a lock for free because I got the wrong one! Someone broke into our unit by sawing off the latch and removing our locks. We lost tens of…read morethousands of dollars of camera gear and other high priced items.. While we were moving out someone with an adjacent unit told us that this was his third incident of burglary there. We asked management to review the footage from numerous cameras and they replied, stating that there are 600 people using this storage. We replied that during the incident surely not all 600 were on the premise at that time. Would they please narrow down the people by finding who had signed into the facility during the period right before the burglary and then checking the cameras during that period. They did not show an attitude of helpfulness of doing this. Probably our items are in someone else's storage unit adjacent to ours with no hope of catching the thieves. Why even have cameras then? We are not there anymore and have suffered a devastating loss. To make matters worse I did receive a bill from them after we had moved out, by the end of the month , which I consider extremely poorly done after having lost so much.
