The jackhammer's lock that holds the bit in place was broken. The bits were dull and only about 10 inches long. One of the hoses had a coupling gasket missing so the hose wouldn't hold air. All I did was drive back and forth to replace parts. I had 4 men on the job site and must have lost at least 16 man hours to lost time. When I finally returned everything I thought I would receive some kind of discount. Forget that, they didn't care about all the problems I had.
