Showed up to my appointment and was seen quickly and got the tires mounted and balanced. Once done I quickly checked I had 4 wheels on and left. When I arrived to my destination I realized I was missing a center cap on one of my wheels and also notice I had a missed call and voicemail from the shop. They had the center cap and they were letting me know. What a relief !! While it sucks they let me go without one of my center caps, I mean what else could have they missed? I appreciate the fact they called and let me know they had it instead of letting me think I lost it somewhere on the road. I would return and recommend the shop. Service was friendly and professional.

With winter just around the corner, it was definitely time for a new set of tires. I called several…read moretire shops to compare prices and see what brands they had available before making a decision. I initially spoke with Nick over the phone, and he took the time to answer all of my questions while providing a couple of tire options for my vehicle. He was patient, calm, and informative. I later called back because I had forgotten the tire brand names, and John was just as pleasant, taking the time to explain the difference between scheduling an appointment and simply walking in. We ultimately chose Les Schwab in Fallon, and I'm glad we did. This was our first visit, and even though they were incredibly busy, the staff remained friendly, organized, and kept everything moving efficiently. Having an appointment made the process even smoother, and we were checked in quickly, although appointments aren't required and walk-ins are welcome. We decided on the Reputation 2 tires, and one of the biggest selling points was the added peace of mind that comes with them--an 80,000-mile warranty, road hazard protection, and free maintenance, all handled directly through Les Schwab. Just a little over an hour later, my car was ready to go with its new tires. Overall, it was a great first experience from start to finish. The excellent customer service, efficient process, and value of the tires made the experience an easy one to recommend. I wouldn't hesitate to return the next time I need tires or any other tire-related services.

Whilst underway, severe shaking of the steering wheel gradually decreased to barely noticeable, but when re-fueling in FallonNV, I noticed the formerly nearly-new Cooper tires (front) had developed serious bald spots. They required immediate replacement; I consulted coopertires.com, and was referred to LES SCHWAB TIRE CENTER (2555 Reno Highway, FallonNV 89406 USA; 775.423.7722; lesschwab.com). ¡What an excellent recommendation! Within 15 minutes, I was speaking with front desk man DAVID, who assured me about replacement wheel choice, and STUART, who ensured the necessary alignment could be accomplished at the same time that the new tires were installed/mounted. I was SO PLEASED at their immense professionalism/courtesy/efficiency, effectively returning me to safely operating my 2008 Ford Ranger on the roads within THREE HOURS of motoring onto the lot. I highly recommend LES SCHWAB TIRE CENTER for any motor vehicle/wheel/tire problems! They definitely have my coveted "iWheel of Approval!"

Once I gave the approval, I went to lunch and returned about 30-45 minutes later to find everything completed and taken care of. After checkout, another concern was brought to my attention and the representative assigned Orion to go over it with me. Orion was extremely pleasant, informative, and genuinely caring. I don't think this was malicious, I think it was just the near universal incompetence of mechanics that I've run into in Reno, but the extra $2000 we paid these guys for it was far more than enough. I wouldn't trust them to work on a bicycle where I could easily inspect the work myself. I've done nearly all my own work since the last incident here and guess what, I haven't had any parts not directly related to a problem fail yet.
