She was patient while I checked my records to confirm whether it had already been completed elsewhere since I've recently had several services done at another shop. Once I gave the approval, I went to lunch and returned about 30-45 minutes later to find everything completed and taken care of. After checkout, another concern was brought to my attention and the representative assigned Orion to go over it with me. Orion was extremely pleasant, informative, and genuinely caring. He took his time, thoroughly explained everything, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I finally talked my Mom out of going here after the third time that we paid for their…read moreincompetence... two radiators that somehow either failed while the car was in their hands or just as the car drove off the lot (neither car had any radiator issues beforehand and one failed catastrophically) and a bolt head rounded off due to using an open-ended wrench... all added significantly to the very simple repairs that we actually brought cars in for... I don't think this was malicious, I think it was just the near universal incompetence of mechanics that I've run into in Reno, but the extra $2000 we paid these guys for it was far more than enough. I wouldn't trust them to work on a bicycle where I could easily inspect the work myself. I've done nearly all my own work since the last incident here and guess what, I haven't had any parts not directly related to a problem fail yet.
