Really happy with the service. I hit one of those f-ing speed trenches on the Sand Mt access road. As it was late on a Saturday, I had to wait until Monday to find a mechanic. Fortunately I was able to order the part from O'Reilly's on Sunday, and Irwin's was not only cool with my providing my own part, they got it from O'Reilly's for me! They always are able to fix my car in a timely manner, great service, quick to call you back, and fairly priced. I had a brake switch go out and they were able to quote me over the phone, and have the part the next day. My alarm system had been going off part of the time when I got into the car and they were even able to work some magic to fix that.
