I even went to Walmart to get a different size tire iron, again, no fit. Finally, we called Busy Bee and our call was answered promptly. The person was honest enough to tell us that it might take an hour to an hour and a half before someone can get to us. Which was fine, but we got a call from an older gentleman sooner to let us know that he will be meeting us in about 35-40 minutes and he was on time. He was pleasant and conversant while he was changing my daughter's tire and had the tools to take the lug nuts off. In addition, he patched my daughter's tire as well! Saved us a lot of money by not having to buy 4 new tires for an all wheel drive car. I will have to call them and find out the gentleman's name because we are definitely using them again and would prefer the same gentleman to provide the service.

I brought in my 2021 Sprinter High Roof overland rig with recurring alignment issues caused by an off-road tire and rim setup. This is not a small or easy vehicle to deal with--and after five failed attempts at other shops in a single day, I was pretty skeptical. From the very first call, Austin set the tone. He actually listened, understood the problem, and reassured me they could accommodate my oversized van. That alone was a win. When I arrived, Jacob and Jesse came out, took a real look at what I was experiencing, and didn't try to hand-wave the issue away. Instead, they helped get me set up with a replacement set of tires and rims--KO2s (fantastic tires, by the way). Professional, knowledgeable, and zero attitude. We hit a snag when it turned out my van was overweight for the alignment. Instead of shrugging and sending me on my way, Sonia (the manager) stepped in, got me taken care of, and coordinated an appointment at their Carson location. I called them and they said they would send someone as soon as I paid the $245 fee, which I did. They said it would be 30-60 minutes, the driver would call as he got closer, and I agreed. 45 minutes later, I am still sitting there so I call back and they tell me "the driver said we undercharged you and he needs an additional $100." So I paid it and they tell me "it's going to be 30-60 and if I cancel, I won't get all of my money back." I called them every 20-30 minutes and they would tell me "the driver is on his way and he's not picking up his phone because he's driving." By 8:45am I am furious and called again, sat on hold for 10 minutes and they came back on the line to tell me "the driver isn't coming so we're sending a different driver who will be there in 30-45 minutes, 9:30am at the latest." I told them that I don't believe they're sending anyone and if someone isn't here by 9:30am, I am canceling this and figuring something else out which they proceeded to tell me their spiel about "not getting my money back." At 9:25am, I called them again and I was fuming. They tell me "the driver is close" and I exploded letting them know for the 20th time that I am a woman, alone on a deserted highway with a busted tire and they proceeded to tell me about "not getting my money back." I am fortunate to know someone in Reno who called her son, who lives an hour away, and he got there in an hour. I had been sitting on the side of that highway from 6am until 11am and they had absolutely NO concern for my safety. Thank goodness I had water, snacks and a friend who cared. DO NOT EVER CALL THESE IDIOTS AND MAKE SURE YOU PASS THIS ALONG SO YOUR DAUGHTERS, WIVES, MOMS AND WHOMEVER ELSE WON'T BE IN THIS SITUATION!!!!!
