It was impossible for me to avoid and it damaged my metal skid plate under my car making it impossible to drive or remove myself. Stranded on the side of the Highway shooken up dealing with my roadside insurance for a long time they decided they were going send a company that was 1.5 hours away and they were going to have to tow it to their yard for the night no exceptions. They also said they couldn't try to help with removing the skid plate. I wasn't planning on going to Reno or getting a hotel and the thought of having to then get it towed to a repair shop the next day while trying to get home was a nightmare. After spending almost 2 hours stranded I gave up and called Fallon towing. Within 20 minutes a truck was there to help. He lifted it up, took the skid plate off, checked my car and my daughter and I were able to continue on our roadtrip for a very reasonable price. However, that wasn't it. The driver followed us to town to make sure there weren't anymore problems and that we were safe. Thank you again Fallon Towing, I appreciated your service more than you can imagine and will never forget. I signed up for yelp just so I could share my experience with anyone looking for tow.

Showed up to my appointment and was seen quickly and got the tires mounted and balanced. Once done I quickly checked I had 4 wheels on and left. When I arrived to my destination I realized I was missing a center cap on one of my wheels and also notice I had a missed call and voicemail from the shop. They had the center cap and they were letting me know. What a relief !! While it sucks they let me go without one of my center caps, I mean what else could have they missed? I appreciate the fact they called and let me know they had it instead of letting me think I lost it somewhere on the road. I would return and recommend the shop.
