He asked to see the car in person before committing to a quote, and everyone I interacted with at the shop were friendly and helpful. Even though the price they gave me was more expensive than some of the other shops, I went with them because of their reputation and great customer service. The turnaround time was also quick and they even cleaned my car. All in all, I'd happily recommend Liberty to anyone who needs auto body repair.

In what was a horrible situation, my young daughter along with her 3 year old daughter, were broke down on I 80 West of Lovelock...I was nearly 4 hours away and every tow I contacted was unavailable! Needless to say I felt helpless but when I reached Katrina on the other line she too said her drivers were tied up and they were short handed. Once Katrina knew my situation I feel like she went an extra mile and more to help us out, she was able to 1) reassure me, and 2) somehow able to get a tow to them within 30 minutes - absolutely above and beyond and I am sooo grateful to Katrina for this, I'm sure she does this everyday but I wanted her to know HOW MUCH THIS MEANT AND IM SO THANKFUL FOR HUMANS LIKE HER- I had tears in my eyes when I realized I could not help my daughter, I was too far away and that was the first time I ever felt like that, completely helpless! This is by far the worst shop I've ever gone to. He "diagnosed" the issue and threw in the parts to "fix it" which didn't actually fix it. Then they burnt up a brand new starter that I had put in previous to going to High desert and charged me for a new one. I was getting updates weekly on what the next move would be until I didn't.... James eventually stopped updating and ultimately stopped working on my truck because he couldn't figure out the issue. I ended up having to call weekly and get beat around the bush answers. The last update I got was in may and that's probably the last time he worked on my truck. I finally had enough and went to pick up my truck and get it out of this POS shop because as of today it was in there for almost 6 months and hasn't been fixed and I was forced to pay $3075 for a still broken truck because James couldn't man up and just tell me he couldn't fix it but instead just kept throwing parts at it hoping for it to work. Seriously the most disinterested, unauthentic service advisors EVER!…read more We had our Grand Cherokee turn itself off while driving at 80mph in the middle of nowhere on highway 80. We made it to a mechanic in Battle Mountain who ran diagnostics but didn't get any codes. They found that my truck ( w/28,000 miles) has dark trans fluid. We called our home Jeep dealership (Walnut Creek Jeep) who had us make our way into Fernley. Our Walnut Creek guy called ahead letting them know that we were coming and explained our problem. When we got to Fernley the service advisor (a large gentleman) acted like he had no idea why we were there. We presented him with the paperwork from the BM mechanic and his response was literally "Well, there wasn't anything recorded so what do you want us to do?". When we told him that the BM mechanic had noted dark transmission fluid, we got an education about how our truck has a closed system and the previous guy "didn't know what he was talking about". Thankfully another advisor came over and he and my husband started talking about something MY HUSBAND read about on the web about updating a module. We paid to have the module updated and moved on. We won't be back to Fernley Jeep!
