So relieved I found Swift Support Towing Experts…read more I was driving a work truck along McCarran Boulevard when one of the rear tires gave out. A heavy-duty tire change is not something you can handle with a basic jack from the glove box. The technician arrived with commercial-grade equipment and carefully lifted the truck on stable ground. He replaced the damaged tire methodically and ensured everything was tightened correctly before lowering it. He even checked the pressure in the remaining tires. The pricing was shared before any tools came out and stayed exactly as quoted. For heavy-duty roadside assistance in Reno, they know how to handle larger vehicles safely.

I am reporting this to roadside assistance programs, irresponsible company like this one should NOT be part of the emergency system. Our car broke down while we were on vacation, roadside assistance assigned this company to our case. The second day we called him early morning to check on status. Mike said he'll arrive in 30 minutes and then ghosted us and stopped picking up the phone. BEWARE OF GRAVITATE STUDENT APARTMENTS AND MILNE TOWING!…read more My daughter went to Gravitate Student Apartments to VISIT HER SISTER, who lives there, and her car was towed. Milne Towing charged her an absolutely outrageous $506 to get her own vehicle back! FIVE HUNDRED AND SIX DOLLARS! These are COLLEGE STUDENTS! Young adults trying to get an education, pay their bills, and make ends meet. And this is how they're treated when they visit family? What makes this even more infuriating is that it's HALLOWEEN WEEKEND. The timing and the outrageous amount being charged make me seriously question whether students and their visitors are being taken advantage of during one of the busiest weekends of the year. $506 for a tow is absolutely INSANE! I would love to see a detailed explanation of how Milne Towing justifies charging that amount. And Gravitate Student Apartments needs to take responsibility for what happens to the students and families visiting their property. Why should a student have to worry about her sister being hit with a $506 towing bill just for coming to visit? This is not how you build a welcoming, safe, student-friendly community. It's how you make families think twice about ever visiting your property. Parents, students, and anyone considering living at Gravitate -- PAY ATTENTION! Ask serious questions about their visitor parking policies and towing practices before signing a lease. I am beyond disgusted with this entire situation. $506 to retrieve a college student's vehicle is outrageous, and both Gravitate and Milne Towing should be ashamed.
