I brought in my 2021 Sprinter High Roof overland rig with recurring alignment issues caused by an off-road tire and rim setup. This is not a small or easy vehicle to deal with--and after five failed attempts at other shops in a single day, I was pretty skeptical. From the very first call, Austin set the tone. He actually listened, understood the problem, and reassured me they could accommodate my oversized van. That alone was a win. When I arrived, Jacob and Jesse came out, took a real look at what I was experiencing, and didn't try to hand-wave the issue away. Instead, they helped get me set up with a replacement set of tires and rims--KO2s (fantastic tires, by the way). Professional, knowledgeable, and zero attitude. We hit a snag when it turned out my van was overweight for the alignment. Instead of shrugging and sending me on my way, Sonia (the manager) stepped in, got me taken care of, and coordinated an appointment at their Carson location. Huge thanks to Tony over there as well for making that happen. Bottom line: this entire team went out of their way to help when it would've been easier to say "not our problem." The GM, Anthony Melendrez, was on site and after hearing my story and the need to get home to the SF Bay Area he decided to fix my tire! He was the ultimate pro, airing the tire and finding the hole. He repaired, balanced and put the tire back on my car. He also checked all the other tires to insure proper air pressure. Anthony saved the day and I was able to get home safely! First off I would like to say that Sonia and Gio are really good people. They are very helpful. But they techs they have working in there is garbage. I've had nothing but problems with them. They are installing parts wrong, they aren't torquing anything down to specs. I've brought my vehicle for them to fix their own mistakes. I've taken my vehicle to a real shop and had to replace what they put in plus more parts from the damage that has been caused by them improperly installing things. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. You will end up with more problems later on down the road. read more

After posting my not so favorable review both the store and regional managers called and agreed that the level if service was not acceptable and promised to make things right and they definitely did. I found out that something catastrophic happen that day and it affected their normal level of service. They did the installation and v threw in an allignment. Management showed by thir actions that they cared about their customer's. When you go tell Anthony I'll hold him to seeing me next year. He'll know what it means. read more

Service staff were very professional and friendly. Waiting area and service bays were exceptionally clean. Bought tires from RNR and I understand tire rotation is no charge. Went in for free tire rotation, RNR said they couldn't get the lug nuts off, suggested I go to Lincoln dealer for new lug nuts. I decided to go to Goodyear closer to home - they removed lug nuts, rotated tires, I paid $20 - not free, but it was a done deal. I guess if I was at RNR to buy a new set of tires they would have found a way to remove lug nuts. read more

They will enter you into a nice deceitful "contract" and then charge you less on the monthly payments so you don't pay off your balance in the alloted time, telling you that you can either pay hundreds of dollars to clear the balance or your loan turns into the full balance immediately and then they will charge you triple what you originally were "contracted" too.. if you ask for specific information about their policies and terms and interest rates, they evade answering but have no problem telling you that you owe more money, just cant explain how the balance keeps spiking up (under their guise of "daily interest" that they cant tell you a set amount to, ive been told 3 different daily interest rates)... been paying for a set of tires for 2.5 YEARS now and my balance is still going UP but SONYA "could make it go away if she wanted to" buyers beware, this is a terrible company. read more

Best service ever! Professional, payment plans, great set of tires NEXEM. Here is my story. My son had my truck when he had a blow out. We weren't sure why as the tire did not look damaged except for a slice in the tread. Time for new tires so I took my truck over to RNR tires. The technician came out with a big grin and asked if maybe I had an issue with the tire in the bed of the truck, I explained the circumstances and he pulls out a butter knife somewhat bent and said this may have been the problem and everyone started to laugh. Really how do you put a story together that is reasonable ? A co-worker of mine recommended this place to get aftermarket wheels on my 2016 Audi A3. I put in a request for a quote online and Joe from RNR contacted me within the hour. The following day (Tuesday) I decided to go in and discuss my options as far as purchasing outright or doing a lease to own option. He offered me 180 day same as cash financing which I accepted. I decided on a set of Rotiform BLQs with tires to match. He ordered both the wheels and tires from the vendor right away. The wheels/ tires arrived on Friday and I went in today (Saturday) to have them installed. Let me tell you, these guys are true professionals who take an immense amount of pride in their work. They fitted the tires onto the wheels, gave me a tool for the lugs, and even scrubbed the rust off my rotors to ensure a flush fit on all 4 wheel hubs. Had the wheels and tires ordered and installed in just 4 days. Best experience I've ever had at any tire/wheel shop in my 15 years of driving! I was a loyal customer of Tires Plus for years, lately they have been shady, rude and always trying to up sell. Had an appointment today, they didn't have the tires I requested a week ago, instead wanted me to buy tires at $400 more. Needless to say I walked out and found RNR Tires, called Sonia, who is absolutely lovely to deal with, she quoted me for 4 better tires than what Tires Plus was giving and got me an appointment same day. They were nice at first then I called them about over tightening the lug nuts on my car to the point they're there was threads left on the stud and pieces of metal were coming out of the lug hole in the wheels. Bottoms of nut were friction welding to wheel and I was missing a lug nut on the front. It took a 4 ft breaker bar to take them off cause a 1/2 inch impact wouldn't take them off. just got the run around on how it's "impossible with our system" well obviously not cause it happens. Now I'm left paying for their mistakes. Don't go here unless you want spit in your face. Employees are nice, management not so much. Will not return. read more
