Missing bolt
Cherry F.

Terrible work on my 2012 Tundra. Took it back and they said it was fixed. Crooked hood, A/C doesn't work, broken brackets, missing bolts. To make things worse, I complained to Esurance and they sent out a 3rd party appraiser who said it still needed at least 2k worth of work. Esurance ignored our phone calls and sent Crown Collision two more checks! Then Esurance called Crown and Crown told them the work was done! Thousands of dollars in damage still to fix that will be out of pocket. Esurance did not recommend them (now I know why) and so will not intervene. The attached photos are the "after" photos, unbelievable.

Fixed my bumper perfect

Eric is the best needed some minor work on my bumper and thought it would cost a lot... Turns out he was honest and told me he would fix it. Turned out perfect! And that guy did not even charge me..That's is someone you can trust and do business with. Gave him money anyway and asked him to buy lunch for everyone Kris Ann

Before

A kamikaze deer ran into my car one night on the way home from work. I called Crown and then took the car in for a quote and repair. They called and let me know about halfway through how it was going and had it done in a reasonable amount of time (considering a bunch of businesses are closed down right now because of Covid-19). They were very careful about maintaining distance ..... etc. and cleaned the car before giving it back to me. And the final bill was not one penny over the quote! Yeah, this place rocks. Don't be afraid to talk to them or use their services.

End repair.

Excellent repair job! I recently took my Dodge Ram truck in for repair after I stripping a hole in the floor trying to remove a jack after the mount had rusted. It left a quarter sized, jagged hole in the sheet metal. I was skeptical if a successful repair could even be accomplished. Eric proved me wrong. He ingeniously welded a second plate on the bottom and and re-welded and re-drilled a new mount. The end result was very professional and looks like nothing ever happened! All this was accomplished within 3 hours! Hopefully I won't have any accidents, but if it happens; I won't hesitate to use Crown Collision again.

They have had her vehicle since August 29, 2023 and she was told it would be completed one week after drop off. She paid for the parts prior to her appointment. It is now October 13th and she still doesn't have her car!!!! She asked for a total, two days later she finally gets the total and asks if they take credit cards....they DO NOT take credit cards. Asking if they accept zelle, PayPal, etc... they said no and something about they don't want to pay taxes for that.... She has been without her vehicle... her ONLY vehicle... and she just wanted to pay to get her car. They avoided responding to her and sent her husband a text. First off, that's just rude and bad business ethic as you were having a conversation with her not the husband. The work for this vehicle honestly should be phenomenal but honestly with just the experience she has been having I'm going to say she will likely have to take it somewhere else. Avoid this place for ANY Autobody work or anything. Unless you want to get the run around and told this and that and be without your vehicle longer then they tell you to expect to get it back. Infuriating beyond belief!! DO NOT GO HERE!

My job was done early but there was paint on the side of the vehicle. The issue with it being done early was I was not spoken to until a few hours before causing me to have to pay extra for a rental car because the original estimate was wrong. Since Jason was out of the office I was told he would touch base with me by Tuesday but he did not attempt to contact me till Thursday when I did not have service. His next call was Friday to come pick up the vehicle. This was a long holiday weekend and the rental place was closing in 2 hours. We previously worked out he would leave it for me to pick up over the weekend so I could arrange a ride. He promised the keys would be left behind the desk to be picked up the following Tuesday when the shop reopened. Not only were the keys left in the car I have a newer truck so it's physically impossible to leave the keys in it and it to be locked. Sadly today I was referred to go to this shop again to deal with good ol Jason. He proceeded to badger me of why I would want to work with him again. To be frank progressive said they don't have alot going on and the body shop I was trying to go to in Reno did not have the proper frame working tools as this company does. Instead of being professional he sadly trauma dumped about why he didn't call me instead of just saying sorry I missed this because of my vacation. Telling a pregnant woman about your daughters loss is so not tackful. A simple I'm sorry I didn't call you as my front desk had stated I would, would have kept me as a client and owned up to an honest mistake. Trauma dumping is so unprofessional. I definitely thought it would be worth the drive to reno to get my car fixed vs dealing with emotionally charged workers who miss final details. Good luck with this shop!
