Had an incident and ran over something causing major driver side fender damage. We took it by for a quote. The money was right, so we had everything ordered and paid for most up front. That was our choice. They only require a small deposit. Scott and Susan the owners are extremely nice people. Very up front with everything. If I had to critique 1 thing, the paint color was slightly off, but that was not a reflection of their service. This was the person that came in and made the color match for them. It did not have as much metal fleck in it. Susan offered to redo the paint job, but it was not enough of a notice to have them redo that. I actually like the slight difference in the color. Kinda unique. They are a small family owned place and I like to deal with small business. Located off of Goni behind the Carson Airport. So easy to get to. read more

For those looking for a quick review, NV Autobody is amazing! My car door was blown open by the wind and needed to be realigned and they got it done in less than ten minutes for me. As a more long winded review, the workers there are incredibly kind and knowledgeable of their craft- I got so lucky finding them in Carson City! The roof of my Mazda CX9 was crushed by our large local bear. When I looked on Yelp for reputable repair shops, I noticed that NV Auto Body had exceptionally positive reviews. When I spoke to the owner, Scott, he was was very responsive, and went to work immediately to locate a hard to find replacement roof.. He personally drove to Reno to pick up parts,, and also brought my vehicle twice to Fastglass for windshield removal and replacement. My beloved 2016 Jeep Cherokee didn't have a scratch on it until someone sideswiped it and put dents in both the passenger doors, one in a tricky spot to fix. I was not happy! NV Auto Body restored it good as new, and they did it in less than the time promised and a very reasonable cost. In addition, these folks are super nice! They obviously take pride in their work. This is a new auto body business in Carson City but definately not new to the industry because they fixed my bashed up quarter panel on my Lexus and repainted it and you would never know there was ever a problem. I really didn't expect a lot going into it but I was pleasantly surprised. The guy with the Giants hat ( I don't remember his name) was understanding of my situation and knew exactly what needed to be done with my truck and with my insurance. The truck was done on the day they said it was going to be done, which has been an annoying problem with other places I've used, and you couldn't even tell it was ever in an accident. My truck is kind-of old and faded but they were still able to match the color perfectly. I gave them 5 stars because they made an inconvenient situation as convenient and transparent as it could be. read more
