If I had to critique 1 thing, the paint color was slightly off, but that was not a reflection of their service. This was the person that came in and made the color match for them. It did not have as much metal fleck in it. Susan offered to redo the paint job, but it was not enough of a notice to have them redo that. I actually like the slight difference in the color. Today, 2/11/2026 went in because of battery failure (do to Intoxalock) new battery less than a year old & purchase from PAC, now they want another $250.00 to remove Intoxalock? This is taking advantage of us. What was the $510.02 for, nothing but a bunch of lipservice from the Manager. Never use these folks, they are NOT HONEST!!
