I used the Yelp Assistant to request a quote from several detailing companies and Rick, from Clean Image, was the first to respond. He responded within minutes each time we communicated. He suggested steaming and an ozone treatment to address the odor. We made an appointment for the next day. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly! My car was a total mess so I went for the deluxe package of $65 which covered everything and I mean everything the interior the exterior the undercarriage you name it it was perfection. They were under the gun because of all the construction on William Street so they had to shut down early and they've tried to get as many cars as they could get through as quickly as possible, but that didn't take away from the service or the quality of care for my car. Brennan, the owner and his lovely mom and I'm sorry I forgot her name was wonderful. The place inside is clean immaculate bathroom is perfect. Two vending machines one for one for beverages. The workers are very kind and efficient and deserve their tips. I highly recommend them.

I have been visiting Prestige Car Wash for a few years now. I felt I needed to update my review…read moreafter my most recent visit. Unfortunately, ownership here changed and has impacted the quality and pricing of the washes. Pricing has increased a bit, but quality has dropped a lot. While it didn't take as long as usual during my latest visit, the quality of the wash just wasn't what it used to be. There were streaks on the glass, no interior glass cleaning had been done, and obvious dirt spots were left throughout the interior and all over the exterior. For a nearly $50 car wash. I expect better. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Prestige. They still do the job, but not in a 4- or 5-star capacity. Too bad! I'll have to find a new spot to get the car washed.
