He was very thorough with the cleaning and took his time which I really appreciated because he charged me me a flat rate instead of by the hour. The pricing is a bit high but fair for what they do. No one else in Carson is doing as nice of a job as Prestige. The only reason I'm not able to give 5 starts is because their service time is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes I've been in and out in less than half an hour. However, my latest visit I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Way too long for a basic full service car wash. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what. I do like that they changed their tipping structure so you can either tip when you pay with a card upon checkout or you can drop cash into a locked drop box. Much better than worrying about having something to hand the attendant when they call you. Prestige also does detailing services which I have never used. The cars I see waiting for pickup afterwards always look fantastic though!
