I've been going to Prestige for about a year and half now when I want a really good car wash. I typically get one of the full service washes and they do a fantastic job here. The pricing is a bit high but fair for what they do. No one else in Carson is doing as nice of a job as Prestige. The only reason I'm not able to give 5 starts is because their service time is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes I've been in and out in less than half an hour. However, my latest visit I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Way too long for a basic full service car wash. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what. I do like that they changed their tipping structure so you can either tip when you pay with a card upon checkout or you can drop cash into a locked drop box. Much better than worrying about having something to hand the attendant when they call you. Prestige also does detailing services which I have never used. The cars I see waiting for pickup afterwards always look fantastic though! read more

I always get a good result from this car washing company. They are meticulous in detail and the price is right.

I go here because they actually clean my truck. Not just soap, blast, and pray. The drive thrus are cheap and fast, but they miss half the dirt and leave streaks like it is an optional step. These guys hit every panel, the mirrors, the wheels, the tailgate, and all the grimy spots the cheap places pretend do not exist. My truck comes out squared away and looking sharp, which is why I keep coming back. read more

Ashley walked me through the options and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They offer packages from a basic wash to full detailing all for reasonable prices, and whichever I choose my car always comes out sparkling. It can be busy, especially in the mornings, but that just shows how many people trust them. The updates make the wait more comfortable too. Inside is air conditioned with vending machines and tables, and outside there are padded benches and a covered sitting area. With Dutch Bros, Yogurt Beach, and Mills Park nearby, the time goes by quickly. My dog sheds and slobbers all over my car, but when they finish with it you would never know. Friendly staff, happy employees, and owners who care. I would not take my car anywhere else. read more

Initially, I was not happy. I paid for the $45 wash with $10 tip and expected a lot more. Mats were left wet, windows were streaked, spots were left on the sunroof inside and out, and cup holders/console were not wiped down. I was willing to wait over an hour (which I did) and pay a much higher price than a drive-thru car wash. I left disappointed, but returned soon after, and the owner made it right! I do my best to support small business owners and sincerely appreciate the extra effort Joseph made. I appreciate the son's passion for his trade and am glad I returned. They were more than willing to make it right, even though my husband said I'd ask for a refund after paying that much! (Which they do not do) 4 Stars for Customer Service!!! read more

I took my 2017 Jeep in for a wash and detail inside and they did an amazing job. I understand that it's under new ownership very nice young man and I will be taking my Corvette in for a really good detailed job. If you're in Carson City and need a good car wash, this is your place. Driving a Tesla and having it ceramic coated, I'm very particular on where to get my car washed. I did a little research and found Prestige Car Wash! Service was very friendly from the moment I got there. I was greeted immediately and I was only doing an exterior wash. I wanted to get the snow, dirt and soot off my car. You pull your vehicle up to the tunnel where they proceed to wash it off with high pressure washer. A person then gets a brush and will scrub the areas in the car like front end, rims etc where dirt and grime build up. The car then goes into the tunnel where cloth bushes gently wash your car. It goes though the cycle rinses and is dried with air. As you exit the tunnel, employees then hand dry remaining areas of the car and wipe down door sills. The vehicle is then inspected prior to calling owner when it's finished. I must say I was impressed with the wash and service. The friendliness of the staff and great job cleaning my car made it look new again! Price was reasonable, there are many options for washes, interior service etc. I was also surprised to learn a 48 hour rain check! I highly recommend coming here to get your car washed read more

My car was in need indeed! I usually keep a clean car, not immaculate but no trash, dirty windows etc. Well other things have had more priority for last last year or so. The job of getting the ride to where I like it was too big for me this time. Enter Prestige car wash. This has been my go-to place for as long as I can remember, my brother even used to work here. I was not aware that there was new ownership of my go-to, but then again, I'm not aware of a lot of things. First thing I notice, a menu! I did not have to get out of my car to see my choices, and choose. This extremely helpful person warmly greets me at my, wait for it.....car window! I had already made up my mind on what I was going with, so I took this opportunity to introduce myself, and she did likewise, Ashley, and let me know that as of the last 10 months, Ashley and her partner are the new owners. Very exciting news, as I run a locally owned shop and prefer to do business with local owners. Needless to say, the prices had changed quite a bit since the last time I had used a pro car washer, I used to take care of it myself. I am pleased to say, worth every penny AND the tip! They did an excellent job. I'm so impressed at how many people they had come through to hand dry the truck. I would say 5 or 6, including one detailer who made sure mirrors and windows were clean. One hard working gal manned the area ahead of the auto washer. She pressured wash and used a firm brush to knock off the caked on dirt. New ownership and they are incredible! I took my 13 year old deep blue Subaru into Prestige to see what they thought. I had considered repainting the car but the cost was outrageous. They went through options with me and explained what each would do. No high pressure sales and they were very personable. I chose options that were within my price range. When I picked up my car, it was amazing!! The color was restored/enhanced and it looked unbelievably new. We have made appointments for the rest of our vehicles and will be doing periodic maintenance on the paint through them. As a side note, I have tried many other detailers in Carson and Reno. The crew works as a team and the management have no qualms in wiping down a customer's vehicle. They do an outstanding job every time we've been there-we gladly drive the 45 minutes from our home to have them pamper our cars and trucks. As well, the owner is amazing herself! When will I ever learn that this place just can not do a good job? $30 bucks for outside $15 for inside. The back was not vacuumed, backseats were not wiped down as noticeable dirt was on the head rest and behind front seat. Water spots on the mirrors. I have not looked it all over yet due to being busy, but darn. I know I have a responsibility to look it over before I leave, but they were closing and in a rush. This is the third time over several years that I have tried this place and each time they do a poor job. Why did I tip them so much?!?! No more!! When will Carson City get a decent car wash? First time for me at this car wash, first of all the woman who first greeted me I found out later was the owner Ashley. She was terrific friendly, and explained her different packages and about 20 minutes later after I sat down, she comes over to me with a $20 bill. She says the guy vacuuming found and she wanted to give it give it back to me to make sure I got it. I thought that was quite remarkable and so honest of her crew. I was so impressed. I went back to talk to her. That's when I found out she was the owner And I said how impressed I was with her staffs honesty, so I gave the 20 back to her and said please give it to the guy who found it. He probably needs it more than me and I'll tell you her reaction was also remarkable. She was so grateful. I swear she almost started to tear up and. Went in Monday during the wind storm. Been going there forever. Under new ownership for about 3 months. The place looks 100% better. They had a few specials, dash treatment and a special polymer spray on wax. Had the car cleaned and did both specials. The car looks fantastic and even with the bad weather still looks great; I drive Geiger Grade daily. They are very knowledgeable and explained the advantages of each product in the special. We took our 2019 Chevrolet Equinox in to be detailed, inside and out. We had a dog and there was dog hair everywhere. They got ever single dog hair out. The car looked and smelled brand new. I cannot say enough great things about Prestige, their management and staff. I have taken two vehicles to them . The first was a 2017 Ford Focus RS for an exterior detail. Staff was informative, explained their assortment of offerings with the pros and cos of each. The car turned out beautifully - previous swirl marks had been removed and the car had a smooth, deep luster. All trim were back to factory finish & blacks were now restored with wheels and tires looked wonderful The second vehicle was a 2014 RAM 1500. Prestige outdid themselves with this exterior detail - the depth of the gloss seem like a reflecting pool; the quality of the finish was outstanding and even slipperier than the Focus. Again all the trims and wheels/tires looked perfect. This was a great value, with their pricing I can afford to return and have them keep up the finishes on both of these vehicles in the future. read more

I was running late to meet somebody in Reno on Monday Wednesday afternoon. I needed to get my car washed and I normally just run it through the auto wash and vacuum it out myself, but due to time constraints, I pulled into prestige to have them do it. I used to wash cars when I was going through college years ago and their premium car wash was like 20 bucks. I was surprised when I saw the rates the prestige offered, but I went ahead and paid it. I was the last card of the day, and I was in a hurry, and I gave them the obligatory Fove dollar tip. It was dark by the time that I got to where I was going but when I took off this morning I looked around the car and I swear that's the cleanest that cars been since I bought it in 2018. A five dollar tip to wash the last car of the day and have it be in that condition was not sufficient. I had to drive back by there today and stick another 20 in the tip jarbecause I was so happy with the service. I get it it's not always like that, but I was just blown away by the service that I received from prestige. read more
