Tried it for the first time today in hopes it would become my regular place and it took off the bottom part of my side passenger mirror casing! Went to get a quote for a fix and the part itself is $600 without labor. To make it worse, this all happened before I even had my coffee. On the positive side, my car is pretty clean (you can still see some bug residue on the mirror) and the attendants were super nice and friendly before I went through the wash. EDITED: Okay, Juan called me back and found my part in the car wash and was super nice and is trying to sort things out. I so appreciate that! Unfortunately, ownership here changed and has impacted the quality and pricing of the washes. Pricing has increased a bit, but quality has dropped a lot. While it didn't take as long as usual during my latest visit, the quality of the wash just wasn't what it used to be. There were streaks on the glass, no interior glass cleaning had been done, and obvious dirt spots were left throughout the interior and all over the exterior. For a nearly $50 car wash. I expect better. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Prestige. They still do the job, but not in a 4- or 5-star capacity. Too bad! I'll have to find a new spot to get the car washed.
