I have had to call several times today because I had to have some prescriptions sent up here and they are unfortunately the only pharmacy in the area that takes MediCal. I was on hold for at least an hour each time I called and two of those calls I was next in line and their phone system hung up on me. Nothing more maddening than that. I am surprised that ANYONE uses this horrible pharmacy. My pharmacy sent them my prescriptions and had proof they sent them and they lied and said they never got them so now I will have to wait 5 days to get my meds because they are incompetent. I can't wait to get my medication so I never have to deal with a Wallgreens pharmacy ever again. If you have another pharmacy that you can use , then use them because I guarantee you, you won't be happy with this pharmacy and their horrible service. If I could've left 0 stars I would have!

I'm so sick of this store. It used to be half decent but has come crashing down in the last 6…read moremonths. They hired a new store manager, who fired all the decent employees who had been there for years. They've been replaced with kids who have no idea what they're doing. The store looks like a bomb went off inside - empty shelves, clutter, carts and bins of merchandise just sitting in the aisle for days at a time. The cash register at the front of the store has been broken for over a year, so you have to always check out at the photo counter. It's just a dump. There is a collection of old, junk cars in their parking lot that they let people live in, sell drugs out of, turn tricks....wtf knows what's going on. Broken windows, flat tires, random people wandering around, yelling at all hours of the night. Went in to get a flu shot and after waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Get to the front of the line, I'm told to check in by scanning a QR code. 'I don't want to scan the QR code. Can't you just check me in?' 'No, scan the QR code or no shot.' And I guess at this point I just sort of had it, and left. Sorry I'm not interested in scanning your code so that Walgreens can get all the data off my phone and sell it to 3rd parties. You just watched me stand here for 20 minutes....you seriously can't check me in on your computer? You're telling me that no old folks walk in here and don't have smart phones? Get real, and get f'd. It sucks because this place is literally right next door and convenient - I go there almost daily, but at this point I'm done with this store.

William, and across from the Silver State Inn and GMG Foreign Auto Services. It is located in Suite 14, but they also rent Suite 12, next to it, which houses clothing for men, women, and children, mainly t-shirts and jeans. The clothing part was roped off when I came in, but the employee opened it for me so I could look around. They also store some food items there, like soda. The convenience store part is small. They don't have gas, nor do they have any Slurpees/Icees, hot ready-to-eat foods, soda dispensers, coffee, or restrooms, like most convenience stores do, but there is an ATM, candy, refrigerated beverages, cigarettes, beer, and liquor. There is also a propane exchange there. The employee told me they had been around for 14 years or so. She was polite and wanted to help. I felt kind of awkward, as I was the only one in the store and was just looking around and digging for information. But I did observe people come and go from my car, usually to buy beer. I tried calling the phone number I found online, but there was no answer, and then a fax machine tone. They have no website. I didn't see any hours posted, but Google days they are open from 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, but Google also listed an out-of-service phone number and wrong zip code (which I corrected), so who knows. Many other websites like YellowPages or Mapquest say they are in Suite 13, but there is not Suite 13 in that plaza. This is small store, off the beaten path, so they are not going to attract the crowd and passers-by that the major convenience stores do. Yet I suspect they satisfy the local needs of many of the people in the area who know of its existence. I give them four stars, only because they do not have a bigger social media and web presence which would help them attract customers. And hours and a phone number were not posted.
