I used to recommend this place to everyone I knew, but since the change in ownership and staff, the quality seems to have declined significantly. When I was told the vehicle was "finished," I did a quick walk-around and immediately noticed multiple areas with dripping water and visible water spots because the vehicle hadn't been properly dried. I pointed these out several times, but the employee repeatedly tried to move on before the issues were fully addressed. Unfortunately, because the Bronco was parked under a shade tree, even more missed details became obvious once I got home -- additional water spotting along the body and door panels, plus bug splatter still left on the windshield. For a $65.28 wash after the added credit card processing fee, I expected a much higher level of attention to detail. What used to feel like a thorough, quality service now felt rushed and careless. Between the higher prices and noticeable drop in quality, this will likely be my last visit, and I can no longer confidently recommend them to friends or colleagues.

The pricing is a bit high but fair for what they do. No one else in Carson is doing as nice of a job as Prestige. The only reason I'm not able to give 5 starts is because their service time is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes I've been in and out in less than half an hour. However, my latest visit I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Way too long for a basic full service car wash. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what. I do like that they changed their tipping structure so you can either tip when you pay with a card upon checkout or you can drop cash into a locked drop box. Much better than worrying about having something to hand the attendant when they call you. Prestige also does detailing services which I have never used. The cars I see waiting for pickup afterwards always look fantastic though!

I did call and told the manager that he needs to be telling people that they will only recieve the cheapest rinse off. He replied NO! Then he hung up on me. They were extremely busy, but just a heads up. It's best just to get the $11 dollar wash because that's what you will end up with.
