Tried it for the first time today in hopes it would become my regular place and it took off the bottom part of my side passenger mirror casing! Went to get a quote for a fix and the part itself is $600 without labor. To make it worse, this all happened before I even had my coffee. On the positive side, my car is pretty clean (you can still see some bug residue on the mirror) and the attendants were super nice and friendly before I went through the wash. EDITED: Okay, Juan called me back and found my part in the car wash and was super nice and is trying to sort things out. I so appreciate that! The pricing is a bit high but fair for what they do. No one else in Carson is doing as nice of a job as Prestige. The only reason I'm not able to give 5 starts is because their service time is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes I've been in and out in less than half an hour. However, my latest visit I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Way too long for a basic full service car wash. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what. I do like that they changed their tipping structure so you can either tip when you pay with a card upon checkout or you can drop cash into a locked drop box. Much better than worrying about having something to hand the attendant when they call you. Prestige also does detailing services which I have never used. The cars I see waiting for pickup afterwards always look fantastic though!
