I had such an incredible experience with Clean Image Mobile Detailing! Scheduling was ridiculously easy and communication was fast, clear, and super friendly the whole time. Everything felt smooth and effortless from start to finish And my car...WOW! It looks absolutely insane. Like, better than when I first got it. Every inch is spotless and shining, inside and out. You can tell they go all in on the details and actually care about the work they do. If you're even thinking about getting your car detailed, just do it and book with them. Total game changer! Thanks Rick! read more

I spilled a cup of coffee on the dash board which was channeled directly into the defroster vents. I wanted to make sure the odor was gone before heading into the mountains as I don't want to attract any unwelcome bear activity! I used the Yelp Assistant to request a quote from several detailing companies and Rick, from Clean Image, was the first to respond. He responded within minutes each time we communicated. He suggested steaming and an ozone treatment to address the odor. We made an appointment for the next day. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly! I would highly recommend Clean Image for your detailing needs and I will definitely be back in the future...assuming the treatment was effective and the bears leave me alone ! read more

Not a fan of sight unseen price range quotes. There is opportunity to point out or ask questions about my areas of concern. Just kind of a one size fits some randomized quote. My quote wasn't even for my actual car type and of course the final price was at the highest end of the quote. I understand this allows the business owners to skip the service before the sale step, but leaves room for expectation issues. I wont make this mistake again. The actual work was just a bit better than and express detail at the car wash. In an express detail, I expect that there might be things that are missed. A full detail should be just that, detailed, and mine was disappointing. I was hoping for a quality dealership lot ready detail, it was not. read more

Has our truck detailed and it looks amazing! They did a great job. Will be using them again

My bad, for not having my vehicles detailed sooner, I went over a year since, the last time. And, again, Rick, the owner of the business, sent his best crew (Omar/Johan) to our home. But this time, the Yukon has 3 dogs, who swim, run, chase chipmunks and Squirrels, and US, to clean up and detail the vehicles, a GMC Yukon XL, and a Ford Escape. Again, 5 Star Work and Quality. The price is exceptional, as 2 vehicles were involved and we are 50+ miles away from Reno/Sparks, for the men to work on our vehicles. We have found a very responsive business owner, and very capable crew to take care of our vehicles. Outstanding Work. Thank you, Rick, Omar, and Johan. read more

I recently had my windows tinted and had window guards installed, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team did an excellent job--they offered a great price, and the quality of their work really shows. It's been a few weeks since the installation, and the window guards are solidly in place (not going anywhere) and the tint looks fantastic. Very professional service from start to finish. I'm so impressed that I'll definitely be bringing in my truck for both window tinting and guards as well. Highly recommend! read more

First time getting my car cleaned and detailed and it won't be the last. Clean Image Mobile Detailing was super easy to contact and schedule without any hassle and at a good value. Unfortunately due to weather we had to reschedule l, but even that was handled wonderfully, because they contact me proactively to reschedule instead of the other way around. When the day came, the two gentlemen providing the service were prompt and friendly. They confirmed what services I booked and got working immediately. They were done just before the expected time and had everything open for me to take a look at their work. I am impressed by every aspect of the experience and highly recommend this company. read more

My 2024 truck's paint finish and windshield were pitted out and rough after a winter in Arizona. It took a beating with the sun and sandy area where it was parked for five months. I had Rick come out to restore the surface and windshield and wax the vehicle. They did a fantastic job and the truck's surface is as smooth as new. They also did a great job cleaning the outside of my horse trailer/LQ that needed a thorough cleaning. I will have Rick come back for a ceramic coating for my truck before heading to AZ next winter. I would highly recommend Rick. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out for Rick and his team at Clean Image Mobile Detailing. They did a great job applying the Ultimar protective coating on my 2025 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. I really like how the product brought out the highlights in the factory paint. Good follow through with how to get the most out of the coating with simple maintenance tips. Also, I appreciate Rick taking the time to explain the variety of products that they have to apply, their benefits and prices. No hard sell to apply the most expensive product. Just good information. Thanks guys. read more

Amazing job working on the vehicle! Customer service was excellent as well! Very happy with the results!

My 2019 metallic black Cayenne looks like it just came off the showroom floor after Rick cleaned and then applied his ceramic coating. Rick refreshed the leather seats as well. It's a new car! read more

Rick and his guys were great! The seats in my car were very stained from years of sunscreen wearing and grime. Ricks responsiveness and professionalism is top notch. I am grateful for the option to have a company come out to my house to clean the car at my convenience. I requested 3 quotes and his quote was the best of the three and after seeing his great reviews I knew I wanted to go with them. We will be having them do my husbands truck next. Thanks Rick! read more

Clean Image Mobile Detailing - Sunscreen and grime stained seats... They did a great job at removing 85-90% of the stains. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

Ridiculously overpriced. $135 for a new car car wash. Vendor response when price was questioned- "do it yourself then". NICE

Had by boyfriends truck waxed for his birthday. Found this shop on yelp and I'm glad I did. I had no idea there were so many options! Rick was very helpful and nice. Not pushy at all and he was really excited about doing a great job. Which he did. I've had so many compliments on how good the truck looks. I will definitely be back with my own car and would recommend him to anyone looking to have their cars done. read more

I had Rick and his crew detailed and put a ceramic coating on my 7 year old vehicle about a month ago! They did a great job and even applied a touch up paint where I had a chip on my spoiler. They did a great job! My vehicle looked like it did when it was brand new! I really appreciate the great service and prompt communication!! I highly recommended Rick and his crew... you really can't go wrong with the service!! read more

We've got some pretty dirty dogs we drive around pretty regularly so the car gets pretty messy. Clear Image was able to get the car to look almost brand new, with no signs of pets, inside and outside, for a great price. This is our second time using them and I fully intend to use them again in the future. read more

Clean Image was absolutely amazing to work with for getting my old car nice and cleaned up for me to sell. The owner Rick reached out right away and was able to get me in pretty quickly to get my car detailed. The process was super easy from there as they let me know when they were on their way and got to work cleaning the car right in my driveway. They let me know when they were done and had me do a quick walk around to make sure I was happy with everything. The car looks amazing and I can't thank them enough! read more

My wife absolutely loves a clean car and after reading the reviews for this business on Yelp, she reached out to Rick, the business owner. He was quick to answer any questions she had and she decided on a mini-detail to get her car cleaned and ready for the beautiful weather. She called him on a Wednesday morning and he was able to come out on Friday morning. She also appreciated the confirmation and updates via text. She was very impressed with her car when they were done and thought the entire process was easy, efficient and professional. read more

Amazing job detailing my Tesla Model X. To say the car was dirty inside is an understatement. With a big dog that sheds and two young boys my car was pretty filthy. My wife got me a mobile detail by Clean Image and they did a spectacular job. Looked like new inside and out. They took time and didn't cut corners (but they got into all the corners and cleaned out those goldfish crumbs!) I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again. read more

From the first phone call I made to Rick to the work that was performed by Diego and his partner, I was happy with the entire process. Rick made it easy to get everything scheduled and the guys who came to perform the work were probably the nicest guys I've ever met. They did an amazing job on my 2010 FJ Cruiser. Especially given the fact that I do some moderate off-roading and I'm constantly throwing dirty tools and equipment in the back. By the time they were done my car was looking better than ever with that shine that you expect when you get your car detailed. read more

I am visiting my parents and noticed their car (2011 Cadillac SUV) was a complete mess. I convinced them to get it detailed so I could drive it :-). I did a Yelp search, of course, and found Rick. Based on his reviews I sent a message. He was very responsive and provided a reasonable quote and scheduling options. My mom was completely blown away with how long and hard they worked on her car...4 hours!...like I said, it was a mess. We could not be happier and now it is a car I can drive while I visit :-) I would not hesitate to contact Rick again !! read more

Did a great job detailing a very dirty truck. Very happy with the way it turned out. Will use them again.

Quick response. Showed up on time. Work was great. Very detailed and the results were great.

Really a fantastic job. Nothing but good things to say. They showed up on time, did the work with great attention t detail, and the price is by far the most bang for your buck in town. I will be using clean image for all my cars from now on. The pictures speak for themselves-- read more

The team was timely and did an outstanding job on both of our cars. Would DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family!

Rick and his crew are amazing!! Rick is so quick to respond and is flexible with scheduling (my schedule is the worst when it comes to scheduling anything). The two employees that showed up were very kind and very thorough! My car truly does look brand new! I have two kids so my car was thrashed- toys, crumbs, shoe prints and finger prints everywhere. They did an amazing job and were great with their communication! Highly recommend!! read more

I used to use another mobile detailing business and was sad to learn the business was closed. I looked on Yelp for a new detailer and saw Clean Image with all its 5-star reviews so I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! Our truck needed it so badly after last hunting season and this wet winter and they didn't even act shocked when they saw the inside or up-charge me! The two individuals who did the detail were very polite and efficient. I liked all the text communications, including the text from my driveway saying our truck was done! Finally, paying online after receiving the emailed invoice was great. We'll definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends who used to use the old detailing business, too. read more

Ben and Lauren cleaned my car yesterday and did a fabulous job of removing tree pitch, crumbs, dust and dirt. My carpets look brand new as do the seats, dash and trim. The windows are crystal clear and the body paint is sparkling. The cost was reasonable and worth every penny to have my 2010 car looking so good. read more

Omar did an amazing job on my BMW. He spent just over three hours on the detail, and it looks amazing.

I have dogs, I have a son allergic to dogs, I have to drive to California to meet my son who is allergic to dogs. What to do? I called on really short notice and Rick was kind enough to fit me in. Trooper Jane looks like she just came out of the showroom. And not a dog hair in sight. Diego and friend did a spectacular job. I will be using Clean Image to keep my baby dog hair-free and looking great from now on. Love this service. read more

Quality work. Good customer service. I highly recommend. They work on multiple vehicles that I own.

Appointment was really easy to schedule. I couldn't really talk on the phone so we set everything up through text. My car was absolutely disgusting! So much dog hair, coffee stains, sand, and crumbs from those nature valley bars. They did a wonderful job cleaning everything out. It almost looked like the car I had bought 5 years ago. I thought it was a pretty good price considering the condition my car was in. Payment was really easy as well. They take cash, venmo (I think), and have an online payment where you can pay through apple pay or put in your card. read more

Great clean, great service! Highly recommended. Clean Image detailed our diesel pusher RV post Burning Man. They did a great job.

We have a big black truck that needed lots of love (inside and out) along with a boat that needed to be waxed. Rick took the time to explain exactly how they would bring back the shine on the truck and what they would do to get the scratches out of the gel coat on our boat. Today his team arrived early (with notification) and they were willing to adjust the location of the work with very short notice. They did a great job! Thank you Rick for everything, and to your team for executing so perfectly. Looks like new! read more
