My wifey recently got a car upgrade. And this Macan Turbo needed some nice tint! I've always heard great things about the work Taylor the owner of Northern Nevada Window Tinting does. I've been driving by the shop on Double Diamond for years and have seen the high end caliber of vehicles that Taylor and his team have visit their shop for work. I rolled in just before 8am for my appointment and Taylor and his team were all ready at work in the shop! Taylor welcomed me in and we decided on a tint for the Macan Turbo. Taylor took the keys and the tint job began immediately. This shop has one of the nicest waiting rooms in Northern Nevada. While waiting a new Ferrari 296 stopped by. Dream cars visit this place on the regular. The tint was installed quickly and when finished looked amazing! I highly recommend Taylor and his team for their work. Very clean, skilled, trustworthy, and respectful business. The employees that work here love their craft and the finished product shows! 5 stars Northern Nevada Window Tinting. We were happy with the ceramic XPEL tinting - it works really well to keep out heat. There were a few scratches on one of our tweeters on the post near the passenger window, but the ceramic tinting itself had no flaws. Overall a decent job in spite of the scratches. read more

I found Northern Nevada Window Tint on Yelp and reached out about removing and replacing existing tint. Taylor responded quickly and was easy to communicate with from the start. I also checked out his website, which had solid, helpful information that answered many of my initial questions and made me feel confident in what I was getting. Taylor took the time to walk me through options, answered every question I had, and offered a very competitive price for high-quality tint. When I met him in person, it was clear he knows his craft -- he's been doing this work for many years and has run his shop for about nine years. The experience was smooth from start to finish. He and his crew were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. The final result turned out great and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Taylor and Northern Nevada Window Tint to anyone needing tint removal or new tint work. read more

quick response from taylor/tucker excellent customer service and follow through 5% ceramic expel plus, 98% heat rejection, 99% UV protection worth it to pay more for better protection from the sun because they have a heat rejection sampler to feel the heat that beams through the different types of tints definitely the premium plus ceramic protection keeps my arms from burning in the heat ceramic expel plus tints do help cool your car than when I had basic 20% tints value is awesome, had a few quotes at other competitors and they provided the best price and quality, quick turnaround as well reach out to taylor for a quote, he will take care of ya read more

Really happy with the service quality and value. The guy in the front lobby and Taylor the owner was really helpful and answered all my question. Took my wife's RAV4 in and they match the tent perfectly. They did an amazing job. The quality of work is outstanding. Will definitely be going back for the next vehicle. The employees are super cool and made sure we understood the process and made sure to add a sticker so we didn't roll our windows down. What a lifesaver! read more

Before NoNV window tinting, I took my car to the most expensive and highly rated place in town. They did a terrible job and gave me a long list of reasons as to why the job was so bad. They expected me to live with the imperfections, dust, debris, and little cuts in my tint. After taking it back 3 times, I finally had them remove the tint completely. I then brought my car to northern Nevada window tinting. They did a perfect job, in half the time and less the cost. If you're on the fence, do not make the same mistake I did! Northern Nevada Window Tinting is the ONLY option! read more

I have been wanting to get my windows tinted for the longest time, but didn't because I thought it would be really expensive. I was looking for estimate price ranges on Yelp and came across multiple companies. Northern Nevada Windows Tints replied back very quickly and the prices were the most reasonable. Plus they had the best reviews, so I messaged them on availability and I was able to get my car in the next day! I planned on getting the whole car done, but I learned that my rear windows are already at 20%, so all I did was get the driver and passenger windows at 35%. For the two windows, it took about 1.5 hours. I waited in their waiting room and it is very clean with snacks, water, television, and free wifi. I love how simple it is when you enter as well because there's just one big counter. The service was good as well. They explained to me the difference in the percentages and how it would look. I opted for the ceramic tint because I wanted something that will keep the inside cooler during the summer months. If you take a look at the attached before and after pictures, you can see what the windows look like at no tint, 20%, and 35% on my 2021 Lexus RX 350. With the two windows, I only paid $150 which is such an amazing deal. Update: It has been 2 days since the tint was applied and a lot of the air bubbles have disappeared. Definitely will recommend friends and family to get their windows tinted here! read more

Called around and got many estimates for window tinting for my S6 I just bought. I was actually surprised the number of many tint shops here in Reno. I decided to choose Northern NV window tint since they were fast responding and had sooner openings than the other shops. They also looked like more of a new and clean professional shop. After talking with the tech I decided to go with 35/15 ceramic. Car was dropped off around 9am and done by 12. Tint looks great and no bubbles scratches or uneven cut edges. These guys do quality work and would highly recommend them for any future tint jobs. read more

Subaru owners are picky. We use our cars for a ton of outdoor activities and they sit in the sun for days on end. That's why it took me so long to finally pin down a good, reliable, trustworthy tinting company to take care of our Subies. After many calls and visits to multiple companies in our area we went with Taylor and his company. I'm glad we did!! We went with ceramic tint and Taylor walked us through the process on the phone and in the shop when we came for our appointments. He helped us decide what percentages would work best for our Forester. We loved the outcome so much we scheduled our Outback for the following week. Both cars are now ready for our adventures!!! (We have an old Legacy wagon that needs the old tinting stripped and new tinting applied. Will have that done later but I only trust Taylor at this point to do it!) read more

Once again Yelp delivers! I was researching a tint shop to tint my brand new Mini Cooper. I found this shop on Yelp and decided to give them a call since they have so many positive reviews. I spoke to the owner Taylor and he was able to get me scheduled within 2 days. To my surprise, they offer complimentary Uber back to your house that way you don't have to wait around for your vehicle to be completed. Who does that? Talk about A+ customer service! The shop was easy to find and has a nice waiting area with a TV. They finished my vehicle quicker than they estimated and did a fantastic job! I HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be sure to refer all my friends to them. Thanks again Tyler! read more
