In the process, they stained a light-colored carpet and despite no stain before they arrived and a stain after they were done, denied it was them. After some discussion, they agreed to come back and tint one more window, about a $50 value - far less than the cost to replace the carpet. After many follow ups over more than 2 years through Yelp messages and direct texts with Bob, and well more than $50 of my time spent chasing him, Bob did not respond or follow through on his promise. After realizing he wasn't coming back, I asked for a $50 refund and never received that either. Not a man of his word or business you can trust. I sent a dozen quotes out via Yelp and got back a lot of "No's" because nobody had the openings I needed. Except for Robert! He was booked but was willing to work with me. He asked if I could leave my car for the entire day 9am-8pm. He would work on my car in-between his current appointments to get the job done same day. Also, if there was a cancellation he'd put me in that time slot and get me done even faster. This showed me he was working hard to earn my business! I dropped off my car the next morning and met both Robert and his wife. Family business! Awesome! We went over what I wanted and I took his recommendation for the type of tint and percentage. I'm really glad I did because he was right. It came out looking great! I got a fantastic price from him and solid workmanship. I left feeling that Robert is a phone call way if I had any issues at all with the tint. He's that kind of a guy to make the customer happy.. You just don't see that much anymore. Customer service was great, I set an appointment and they were timely called me when it was done fair priced & the tint came out great!

I went to get a warranty tint with them as the original tinter, custom concepts, no longer had the tint used on my car. Silver State was the authorized dealer to do a warranty tint and I was sent to them. I called the tinting supplier to have Tint sent to them to have the warranty completed. The tint supplier let me know it had arrive and to call Silver state to set up an appointment. It took over 5 months to get a response. Once I got a response I showed up at the tint shop and they had sent the tint back because they didn't realize it was me who was getting the warranty. They did the tint and I waited the time frame they suggested for bubbles to go away, but even after the time, it's still all bubbled. I tried to reach out to them to see if they could fix it and sent the pictures below, but once again got no response. Had to reach out multiple times again, to see if there was any chance they could fix it. I was guilt triped with family stuff they were going through and they didnt know when they would be able to get it fixed. At this point im going on 9 month of trying to get this done and I was over it. I decided I'm just gonna pay out-of-pocket to get this fixed as they aren't going to fix it. I wouldn't recommend. Service is definitely not there. read more

I would rate this company a zero. First the owner is racist and his wife is unprofessional. Had my windows tinted in early October here. One back window bubbled up. They refused to fix the window and answer the phone. Once i disputed the charge Nd the money was reversed from them they wanted to fix the tint. When i took vehicle back they fixed the window, then i noticed some scratches on the window, allowed the 5 days like they said Nd i gave them a call back due to the scratches still being there. I went too two tint shops here in reno that all say my window was scratched with a micro blade Nd a blade is used to cut the tint. When i arrived today i showed the owner Nd he denied any fault in the window even tho the window was not scratched prior to being fixed. I would never recommend this unprofessional business to anyone Nd btw they also said don't come back due to the fact they know they destroyed the window. I will provide before Nd after pictures to my bank of the window Nd be getting my money back! They don't guarantee their work nor stand by their work! read more
