Overall incredibly frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this shop for any services, very disrespectful. We discussed at every juncture what needed to be done with my vehicle, and they either couldn't communicate amongst themselves what was discussed, keep a note on what was discussed, or straight forgot. We came back a second time for the items forgotten, were given a time frame to completion, asked to come in when it was "just about ready" then still had to wait about 3 hours. No delays were communicated until after arrival at the shop (after getting off the phone and being told to come on in to pick up), then when asked to wait longer was given the "well tell a man to come in, they're fine with waiting however long it takes to finish, they're not so emotional" line. read more

I found Prestigious Auto Styling by filling out answers to Yelp's questions of the service that I was looking for. I recently bought my car from a friend that has been keeping her as a garage queen. I didn't realize how much work was involved just to keep a dark car looking good. Hence, choosing between Protection Film vs Ceramic Coating and then interviewing half a dozen detailers. Thomas at Prestigious Auto Styling patiently answered ALL my questions to put my mind at ease. I was originally going to go with Ceramic Pro but Thomas convinced me that the product he uses, Gyeon, is just as superior. The product is almost as important as the prep, full wash, clay bar, iron removal, buffing, polishing and then actual ceramic coating used. I wanted a product that was durable to the hydrophobic properties of water and dirt beading up and gliding off the car. Thomas is knowledgeable and easy to work with. I like that he is OCD about his work. You want that characteristic in a detailer working on your car. Super happy that my car is looking beautiful. read more

Thomas and Ben came out to my house to detail the inside of my Acura RDX. Although their mobile detailing car was in the shop, they came out the next business day anyway in one of their personal cars. They were professional and spent an hour and 45 min cleaning and polishing the inside. I really appreciated the leather treatment they used, and I could tell they were having a good time while doing the job, laughing and joking around while working. I recently purchased a new truck and upon receiving, I noted it wasn't as clean as I would like and there was a lot a wax residue left. Rather than wait to try to get it back into the dealer, I checked Yelp for a Hand Wash service. Prestigious is centrally located, was very responsive to my request for a quick quality wash and able to get me in the same day. They did better than expected, very detailed even for a simple wash. I will be bringing my truck back for a more regular detail and other protective work. Their price was very reasonably for the service provided. I would highly recommend them. read more
