Everything felt smooth and effortless from start to finish And my car...WOW! It looks absolutely insane. Like, better than when I first got it. Every inch is spotless and shining, inside and out. I used the Yelp Assistant to request a quote from several detailing companies and Rick, from Clean Image, was the first to respond. He responded within minutes each time we communicated. He suggested steaming and an ozone treatment to address the odor. We made an appointment for the next day. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly! I would highly recommend Clean Image for your detailing needs and I will definitely be back in the future...assuming the treatment was effective and the bears leave me alone !

I thought Sam's Sparkle was mobile and I booked because Sam was excellent at replying to my texts. I discovered he is not mobile because he never asked for my address. LOL... But I decided to give him a try. I booked a hand wash. Took about an hour. This is not a detail or even a mini detail but it's a GREAT HAND WASH that truly made my car SPARKLE. Sam hit the little extra spots I requested as part of the $65 price. If you normally go to regular fast car washes...BY COMPARISSON, what Sam does can feel a little like a mini detail. I recommend removing everything from your car at home so they can find the dirt. My floors were in great need of vacuuming and my floor mats were filthy. My floors and mats now look like new. I feel like I drove a new car off Sam's property. He deserves all his 5 star reviews! My windows sparkle. There are just details that get included here that are missing other places. If a simple hand wash is THIS GOOD I cannot imagine how spectacular their attention to detail would be for a full detail. If you are a newbie to higher end car care, give Sams HAND WASH a try before you decide if you really need a full detail. I think you'll be happy here. I feel like I might start doing this hand wash maybe every 2-3 months and just run it through the WAVE touchless in between. I'm not a fanatic when it comes to my car. I just prefer it clean. I park in a garage so I rarely need a wax. I do miss my mobile guy...but Sams is very reasonable AND there's a great little Mexican restaurant only a short walk away, called CARLILLOS Cocina. Delicious. Don't expect a sparkling waiting area at Sam's...LOL...all the attention to SPARKLING DETAIL happens in the back where your car is being transformed. His quote was very reasonable and more within my budget than the other businesses I got quotes from on the Yelp Project board. John's Auto Detail did an impressive job!!…read more My husband was traveling out of town for work. Before leaving, he'd been mentioning wanting to vacuum, wash, and wax his car. We usually take care of this chore ourselves, but quite frankly, I wasn't feeling it. So I searched for a quote via Yelp. John has gotten so many incredible reviews and seemed like a small, locally owned business- my favorite to support! His quote came back fairly quick. He was excited to earn my business and overall, I just liked his vibe. The cost for my husband's Subaru Impreza detail was $300. From all the quotes I got, that seemed like it was right in the middle. We picked a date and agreed on the price. Fast forward to the day arriving! John was very communicative and had asked if he could get started early. I had prepped the car by taking everything out, and had it moved to the shade to give John some protection from the sun. He got immediately to work after reconfirming price and amount of time for the service. I checked on him once and he was pretty self sufficient. He brings his own water for the cleaning, cleaning products, and even a modest workbench for his products and tools. I've got to say, the man has an impressive setup! He has an automatic text service that lets you know when he has finished the car. I checked it out with him and was blown away by the attention to detail. The car was immaculately spotless; inside and out. I was deeply impressed by John's work, his work ethic, and his kindness. Should I be feeling lazy again, he'd be the guy I would call! Finally, I do view this as a service. I did tip him on top of his $300 price. I hadn't seen that in other reviews and would like to say, he really earns that ,should you choose to do that. P.s. my husband loved the surprise of a fresh car. He gives John's work 5/5 stars too.
