Just picked up my car that I had detailed today. The exterior of the car met my expectations. The interior of the car did not. Upon check-in I'd let people know that the stains that I was concerned about were the ones on the doors and the ones on the back of the seats from cargo. As soon as I picked up the vehicle, I was dissatisfied because the door panels were no cleaner then when I brought them, the whole purpose of this detail was to get the staining out of the doors. The gal at the front desk told me if they were unable to get the staining out they would call me with more options. I was not provided any options for the door staining and was not notified these stains did not come out. After we paid I could see the stains were still there and I alerted the business I was not satisfied. They had a guy come out with a rag and rub the door panel, which of course did nothing. I was told the staining was likely permanent and I would probably need to replace the door panels. Since this is just a little bit of dark marks, I was shocked by this. When I got home, I got out my rag and cleaned and unsurprisingly I got the door panels much cleaner than they were after an almost $600 service. Brought the car in for the work it and it was completed after 1 day. I could not be happier with the result. After a few months in it still has that showroom look and easy to clean. In addition, I also added a new panel to fit a tow hitch for the vehicle. Figured I'd also get a coating done, brought it in, and was applied at no charge. After being damaged at Surf-thru Car wash and them admitting to the damage, but reneged when the quote came in, I had my personal insurance pay for Surf-Thru poor service and damage that was on video. After, the 2008 SMS Beta Numbered Dodge Challenger SRT-8 was repaired, VIP was sent out to my home to detail my Challenger. This car has been a Pace Car, show car and even in SEMA and before Surf-Thru car wash, it was in showroom condition. VIP, not only made it look show room ready again, they took care of the car as if it was there's. They did a Acid Wash, wax, motor clean and interior cleaning that included a steam clean. I highly recommend this company to anyone that loves there car and its not just a transpiration devise. Robert is very professional. We hired VIP to do a paint correction and ceramic coating on our motorhome. Our paint job had horrible swirl marks and defects throughout. Robert took the time to explain all the steps his team would take to make our coach look better than new. Robert's team spent nearly three days correcting the paint using numerous steps. My 15-year-old Mercedes C300 (silver) has never received the royal treatment she deserved since I bought her brand new in 2009....until now that is! I purchased a 10 year old black Lexus about 6 months ago, and while I love how it drives, I was never in love with the look of the exterior. It had just not been cared for in a long long time. So I talked my self in to getting it detailed, and messaged VIP over the weekend. I had a response in 24 hours, saying they would contact me on Monday. They did, and I had an appointment the next day. I chose to take my car to their shop, rather than having them come to me. From beginning to end, the service was professional, and top notch. These guys are great. I had my 10 year old SUV detailed and they made it look brand new inside and out. The exterior is radiant. They steamed cleaned the interior, carpets, upholstery, polished the dash, doors etc... I thought is was a bit expensive, but all in all it was worth it. I have now been trying to resolve a financial dispute for 13 days. This has resulted in me paying $972. The contact indicates they can't see the continued charges on their end, and my bank indicates the way they are charging me, they cannot stop it. Also, because I gave them my visa debit card, apparently, changing the card won't stop the charges either. My only option is to file criminal charges and open a new account. The burden of this process is monumental and ridiculous. If quick books is really as bad as you say- then stop using them. Quit blaming the software for your company. I've used VIP for the past few years and they've always surpassed my expectations. I'm hard on my vehicles, and VIP has been able to remove light scratches, fogged headlights, coffee stains, bicycle grease stains, and you name it. Their steaming service brings my car interior back to feeling new every detail, and their products do not smell offensive or leave oily residue. Everything is top notch. Their exterior sealant is great for Tahoe weather, and pollen/sap dont stick as much to the exterior of my car. My car has numerous roof racks, and every other detailer I've dealt with has done a subpar job at keeping them from oxidizing and looking top notch. They were very professional both in appearance and their work. The job they did on the truck was amazing. My truck is black and the 8 year old paint was showing some serious wear. Dogs are man's best friend, but not when they jump up on the side of your car to greet you! Fortunately, VIP was able to polish out the scratches and the car looked terrific. Through the winter months I didn't pay much attention, but when I washed my car this spring, I could see some of the marks left from the initial removal of the scratches.
