I had a PPf treatment on my 2026 GMC Sierra Elevation. This was a very difficult install and had to be brought back a couple of times to fix the issues. The final result is fabulous and Robert and Dave went over and above to satisfy me for my inconveniences. Highly recommend read more

Just picked up my car that I had detailed today. The exterior of the car met my expectations. The interior of the car did not. Upon check-in I'd let people know that the stains that I was concerned about were the ones on the doors and the ones on the back of the seats from cargo. As soon as I picked up the vehicle, I was dissatisfied because the door panels were no cleaner then when I brought them, the whole purpose of this detail was to get the staining out of the doors. The gal at the front desk told me if they were unable to get the staining out they would call me with more options. I was not provided any options for the door staining and was not notified these stains did not come out. After we paid I could see the stains were still there and I alerted the business I was not satisfied. They had a guy come out with a rag and rub the door panel, which of course did nothing. I was told the staining was likely permanent and I would probably need to replace the door panels. Since this is just a little bit of dark marks, I was shocked by this. When I got home, I got out my rag and cleaned and unsurprisingly I got the door panels much cleaner than they were after an almost $600 service. You can take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. The second one is how the door panel looked up upon pick up and how it turned out five minutes of elbow grease from me back at my house. Would you be satisfied? read more

#ThankYouThursday Review If you are looking for that deep gloss, easy maintenance and cleaning for your vehicle VIP Auto Spa has it. His shop offers nano-ceramic coating, ppf, tint, and detailing. Made a request online and received a call the following day from Robert (the owner). We went over a few options at the initial consultation and decided to go with the Silver Plus Package, Ceramic Pro Wheel + Caliper, and interior (all leather, plastic, and glass). Brought the car in for the work it and it was completed after 1 day. I could not be happier with the result. After a few months in it still has that showroom look and easy to clean. In addition, I also added a new panel to fit a tow hitch for the vehicle. Figured I'd also get a coating done, brought it in, and was applied at no charge. If you ever have questions, he's always available with plenty of detailing tips. Robert is a professional and master at his craft! I highly recommend to anyone looking for your detailing needs. You can feel confident leaving your car in his care. read more

I will happily change this review as soon as I actually get a service!!! I have called this company more than 3 times to schedule and have never gotten a call back. Seems like they hear I have a gift card and lose interest since they won't get paid AGAIN! Waste of $375. GO ELSEWHERE. read more

Watch your step with these folks. Don't forget anything in your car or at their office. You will not get it back. And the receptionist Meagan is brain dead. These folks don't stand behind their word. Seek another vendor to take care of your ceramic finish needs. read more

I found Robert and the VIP Auto Spa team while looking for local places to correct the paint and put a ceramic coat on my favorite Dieselgate Passat. Within an afternoon, they scheduled me quickly for a great deal on those services and MORE, MORE, MORE for the price I expected on just the coating. These guys are truly caring people who exchange trust as nobility. On top of that, these guys NAILED IT! My Passat looks 5 times better than when I bought it. I can't wait to do business with them again. Thank you all for your hard work on my Volkswagen! read more

I don't give out five stars, unless its really deserved. After being damaged at Surf-thru Car wash and them admitting to the damage, but reneged when the quote came in, I had my personal insurance pay for Surf-Thru poor service and damage that was on video. After, the 2008 SMS Beta Numbered Dodge Challenger SRT-8 was repaired, VIP was sent out to my home to detail my Challenger. This car has been a Pace Car, show car and even in SEMA and before Surf-Thru car wash, it was in showroom condition. VIP, not only made it look show room ready again, they took care of the car as if it was there's. They did a Acid Wash, wax, motor clean and interior cleaning that included a steam clean. I highly recommend this company to anyone that loves there car and its not just a transpiration devise. I am a hard person to make happy, but with a good job, that I expect profection and VIP can deliver that with a smile. Thank you VIP- read more

Robert is very professional. We hired VIP to do a paint correction and ceramic coating on our motorhome. Our paint job had horrible swirl marks and defects throughout. Robert took the time to explain all the steps his team would take to make our coach look better than new. Robert's team spent nearly three days correcting the paint using numerous steps. Then they ceramic coated our entire coach, wheels, windows and paint. The results were more than we had hoped for! These guys are as good as they get!! Worth every penny!! read more

My 15-year-old Mercedes C300 (silver) has never received the royal treatment she deserved since I bought her brand new in 2009....until now that is! My poor "Baby" received a dent the size of a baseball in the parking lot at my work. I wanted the dent fixed and also to have her detailed. My husband found "VIP Ceramic Pro Reno" online and we both liked the reviews and the story behind this company. Robert, the owner, treated us like VIPs! He talked to us about what he and his team could do to make my car shine and sparkle, and he would find us the best deal on fixing the dent. He said I would not be disappointed. And was he ever right! I choked up when we picked "Baby" up after her spa treatment. I was shocked at how beautiful she looked. It was better than we bought her off the showroom floor! Her dent was fixed, some touch-up was performed, and she is now the talk of the neighbors! I will return in the future. Robert's staff are pros! We received quite a few texts from his scheduler, Melissa, during "Baby's" make-over! I highly recommend VIP Ceramic Pro Reno. read more

I've used VIP mobile detail for years and they have always done a prestine job. I was a little concerned after finding out they were under new ownership, but I booked a detail them anyways. The guys that came out did a great job on my car. I'll definitely continue to use VIP for my car serviced. read more

VIP did very nice work on our KIA SUV. They arrived right on time and got to work It took about 3 hours for a full SUV detail. The SUV looked better than teh day we drove it off of the dealer's lot. We recommend them. We will definitely use them again. read more

Robert and his crew recently ceramic coated my 22 Tacoma that was badly scratched from the dealerships car washing procedures. The truck now looks better than when I picked it up with 7 miles. Thanks guys! read more

I purchased a 10 year old black Lexus about 6 months ago, and while I love how it drives, I was never in love with the look of the exterior. It had just not been cared for in a long long time. So I talked my self in to getting it detailed, and messaged VIP over the weekend. I had a response in 24 hours, saying they would contact me on Monday. They did, and I had an appointment the next day. I chose to take my car to their shop, rather than having them come to me. From beginning to end, the service was professional, and top notch. Robert and his team turned a pretty rough looking black and neglected paint in to an amazing and mirror finish, and the inside is just as tight. Detail jobs are not "cheap", but I wanted my car to look great, and these guys made it happen. I will be taking my wife's car to them within the next week for the same treatment. You can trust these guys to deliver your car back looking amazing. read more

I messaged them and they replied within the day. At first there was quite a bit of lead time for an appointment, but they had a cancellation and got me in even earlier than expected. Once their crew arrived, they were great about introducing themselves and going over my car. Where there were issues, the crew was quick to point out the problem, contact their office and offer solutions. The service took longer than they expected as the car needed to be deep cleaned. They were fantastic and I will definitely be using them for all of my vehicles! Thank you!! You salvaged an interior that I did not think could be cleaned out and restored as well as you did! read more

These guys are great. I had my 10 year old SUV detailed and they made it look brand new inside and out. The exterior is radiant. They steamed cleaned the interior, carpets, upholstery, polished the dash, doors etc... I thought is was a bit expensive, but all in all it was worth it. I highly recommend them, very professional and courteous too. I will definitely use them again. read more

I have now been trying to resolve a financial dispute for 13 days. This has resulted in me paying $972. The contact indicates they can't see the continued charges on their end, and my bank indicates the way they are charging me, they cannot stop it. Also, because I gave them my visa debit card, apparently, changing the card won't stop the charges either. My only option is to file criminal charges and open a new account. The burden of this process is monumental and ridiculous. If quick books is really as bad as you say- then stop using them. Quit blaming the software for your company. It's your image on the line. read more

Pete and his team at VIP Mobile Detailing serviced my 2005 Honda Element while I was at work. The vehicle looks better than when I purchased it! After a long winter of snowboarding and driving through the mountains every weekend, my car was in terrible condition. VIP brought it back to life. I highly recommend this service, especially because there was no inconvenience to me. read more

I had a very dirty twenty year old car that needed to be cleaned for sale. VIP Mobile Detailing gave me quote fast, cleaned the car and even replaced a broken tail light. They showed up on time, thoroughly cleaned every part, and the invoice matched the quote when they were done. I couldn't be happier with their service, and I recommend them to anyone who wants a showroom-clean vehicle. read more

Nice work. Got all the car wash swirls they could out. Looks 100% better then it did before. Time friendly and nice guys. Just a little to much for me especially for just an exterior detail. Was told one price then charged another is my only complaint. read more

Thanks to VIP for buffing out my 20ft box van that nobody else wanted to deal with. Pete took the job and made it look good! It couldn't haven't been more convenient, and the van looks better than it has in 10 years. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use their service again. read more

Really happy with VIP mobile detailing. They were very professional and friendly and did a great job. I couldn't get this rotten fruity smell out of my car but they cleaned it throughly and now the bad smell is gone. My car smells clean and fresh too and not like chemicals like other places I have taken it to. I would definitely recommend VIP. read more

Excellent experience working with Pete and his auto detailing crew. They arrived at my home to detail my 2003 Toyota Tundra and did a fantastic job. They were very professional both in appearance and their work. The job they did on the truck was amazing. My truck is black and the 8 year old paint was showing some serious wear. The paint now looks as good as it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. The interior was steam cleaned and it looks new as well. I highly recommend this service. They showed up on time and left no mess when they were done. read more

I've used VIP for the past few years and they've always surpassed my expectations. I'm hard on my vehicles, and VIP has been able to remove light scratches, fogged headlights, coffee stains, bicycle grease stains, and you name it. Their steaming service brings my car interior back to feeling new every detail, and their products do not smell offensive or leave oily residue. Everything is top notch. Their exterior sealant is great for Tahoe weather, and pollen/sap dont stick as much to the exterior of my car. My car has numerous roof racks, and every other detailer I've dealt with has done a subpar job at keeping them from oxidizing and looking top notch. VIP spent extra time on my racks and left no stone un-turned. These guys are very professional, concise, and transparent, a rare gem in the auto industry. read more

VIP detailed all three of our vehicles at our home in Truckee. These guys do great work, are extremely thorough and the fee is very reasonable for the quality of work. Highly recommended. read more

So glad I chose VIP to detail my little car! They're a little pricier than some other locations but 1) the results were definitely worth it and 2) they came to me, so I literally just hung out and then came outside to a sparkly car. There were some stains that the kids left that have been bothering me forever and they're gone now! P.S. Thanks Carlos and Shanee for taking care of my baby! I know I asked a bunch of questions but I'm really nitpicky with my car, so I really appreciate how patient you were with everything I wanted to know. See you guys next time :- read more

I had my RV detailed they did a good job bringing the interior back to life!!

Pete and his team are very professional. They came out after 5 PM on a Friday to detail my new Mercedes. His team went the extra mile, making my already new car look even better. I'd recommend him to anyone!w Oh, and he returns phone calls promptly unlike a few other outfits in town. Can't recommend him highly enough!! Thanks Pete! read more

These guys are great, very solid and dependable. On time, extra thorough and high quality. Highly recommend!

I had a couple of jetskis detailed by these guys. They did a reasonable job on one - both skis were on a trailer and it was obvious they didn't spend as much time on the "inside" side. The other one needed a little more work, so they spent time on it but didn't help it very much. read more

Pete and his guiys are the best detailing service I have ever used - I have used five previous companies/ sole proprietors. You will not be disappointed. He cares about his reputation and his pricing is competitive. read more

We just had our sedan and SUV detailed by VIP Mobile Detailing and it was the best car detailing we've had in Reno. Not only was it more convenient having the work done in my driveway, the cars now shine inside and out. They brought their own water in the truck and even steam cleaned the carpeting, upholstery, and engine. They arrived promptly and were very professional. This was the best car-detailing we have had in Reno. read more

Dogs are man's best friend, but not when they jump up on the side of your car to greet you! Fortunately, VIP was able to polish out the scratches and the car looked terrific. Through the winter months I didn't pay much attention, but when I washed my car this spring, I could see some of the marks left from the initial removal of the scratches. I sent a picture to Carlos and he came out and re-polished the area... and didn't charge me! I appreciate VIP's customer service because as a business owner, I know that's is how you KEEP customers! Thanks Carlos!! read more

I've used Pete and his team a couple times now. Their complete detailing service has exceeded (by far) my expectations more than once. They took care of a couple scratches from a bit of an overzealous offroad excursion once. The second time they took care of some hard water etchings that I got from parking next to my neighbors sprinkler system gone astray. Thats in addition to the amazing service, communication, and quality of work on the rest of my car. Can't say enough good things about these guys. read more

I want to thank VIP Detailing for the amazing job they did on my 2015 Tundra. I had some scratches from a hunting trip caused by sage brush and they were able to get rid off them and made my truck look like new ! It has a mirror finish and that is had to get on a black vehicle. They are very professional, courteous and went above and beyond what I expected! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to get their vehicle detailed and keep it maintained to look new! I will be using them from now on! read more
