Glassify Mobile is the best! I called Friday evening, Olivia responded on Saturday morning, and arrived on Monday to replace our windshield. She is the consummate professional. She is the only person we ever call when we need anything done with our windshields in regard to replacement or repair. Reasonable prices, great service, and the nicest person you will ever deal with! read more

I got a small rock chip, between the size of a dime and pencil eraser, on my windshield while driving on the freeway. I texted owner Olivia on Friday and over the weekend we agreed on a price (thank you for your patriotism with the military discount on the already-reasonable price!) and time for the repair. She arrived on time on Monday and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. She was very efficient, professional, and had no problem answering my many questions about the process. The result is almost invisible, just a small spot where she had to drill into the glass to start the process. In the after photo, it's the tiny spot in the center of the photo - it looks more like a spot on the center lower half of the door to the house. If I am ever unlucky enough to need a windshield repaired or replaced again, my first call will be to Olivia. And if you ever need a windshield repaired or replaced, Glassify should be on your very short list of companies to contact. read more

Literally the best experience. Olivia is super sweet. They took their time installing my windshield and it was super cool to see them work. I will be recommending Glassify to everyone I know. read more

Olivia was prompt, professional and did everything with a smile. Used her for a deep chip in the front windshield that was already starting to spread. Fast response and explained throughly what she was going to do. Price was well worth her service. 10/10 would hire again! read more

The five star reviews were right! We used Yelp to request a quote and Olivia promptly responded. We were able to have her come out within the week to repair a crack on a windshield. She was fast, courteous, and most importantly, did an amazing job. The price was also very reasonable. 10/10 recommend! read more

Glassify Mobile is a small business - they go above and beyond to provide the best service possible, all while competing with larger companies. Olivia, the woman that I worked with, knew more about my car than I did and she made sure to honestly let me know what my car needed in order to successfully replace my windshield. I highly recommend this team and the service that they provide! Please consider them first for your windshield replacement needs. read more

Glassify is a wonderful company to work with. Olivia was very responsive and returned my calls quickly when weather forced us to reschedule the windshield replacement. Both her and Dan did an outstanding job, even replacing a windshield washer fitting mice had chewed through. As a retired small business owner I know that reputation is everything to be successful and there's a reason Glassify has a five star rating. read more

Driving back from San Francisco, a rock got thrown into our windshield around Davis. Minor chip. I called Mercedes and they said they only replace windshields. Tried Safelite, but it was too complicated to get service. Called Glassify, and they scheduled me for Thursday, December 4th. Olivia showed up at our house on time and in a half hour the chip was repaired. She said there would be a slight imperfection in the windshield, but the main purpose of the repair was to prevent the chip getting bigger. There was a very slight imperfection, but hardly noticeable. I value Olivia's honesty, professionalism and service. She also does windshield replacements. I highly recommend Glassify for windshield repairs. read more

Have used this company for a few years now and they are always the very best service and experience every time. So easy and reliable to work with. Would never use anyone else to replace my windshield. read more

Glassify installed a new windshield in my 2024 Audi & neglected to share that I needed to go a different source to get the windshield calibrated for the lane changing, auto off/on high/low lights, etc functions. Once I completed that task & windshield functions were still not performing, Glassify wouldn't stand behind the windshield & refuses to refund my $500. Now Oliva the business owner is accusing me of engaging her company in insurance fraud on social media. Insurance fraud is installing a windshield that didn't perform correctly and Glassify not returning my $500 payment? Who is engaging in fraud here? Clearly it's Glassify who refuses to return my $500 payment for a windshield that didn't work. WATCH this company carefully! read more

I used Glassify to replace my cracked windshield on my Rav4. Glassify was wonderful to work with! I submitted an inquiry on Yelp to several places and Olivia was very quick to respond and gave me a quote. I decided to go with her due to all her wonderful reviews and a very fair price. She was extremely communicative and was able to schedule me within a couple days. Two guys came out to our house to do the replacement that were super nice and professional and had my car all fixed up with a new windshield within an hour. Highly recommend for your auto glass needs! read more

Olivia the owner is super amazing and compassionate. I was in a bind with a broken glass rear window and she rushed to order my new glass and get it installed next day. She went above and beyond for her customer. Her crew is very hardworking as well. read more

On time, met expectations, got my new windshield in less than an hour. Would certainly recommend this company

I normally don't leave reviews but these folks ofcourse deserve a 5wtar review, quick, easy, fair price. And friendly!! Deeply appreciate everything and wish nothing but the best for this company read more

I highly recommend Glassify for any car glass repair, or replacement. Two years ago, Glassify replaced the windshield on our Toyota Rav4. They did a great job and its still perfect today. Today, they replaced the windshield on our 2022 Honda Ridgeline. Once again, both Olivia and Dan were extremely professional with excellent communications, and were able to schedule our windshield replacement exactly in line with our needs. They did a great job. Thanks Glassify ! read more

I contacted Glassify after viewing various windshield repair shops on Yelp. I decided to contract this company based on the great reviews and the fact that it is a woman-owned business. As a female glassblower, I don't know a lot of women in the glass business, and we need to stick together. I also don't know how to repair a windshield. Fortunately, Olivia is an expert, and I am so glad that I called her. The price she quoted me was great, especially considering the size of the windshield for my beloved Armada. Olivia and Dan showed up at the time we had agreed upon, and they were highly competent, pleasant and efficient. They replaced my windshield while I was working in the garage, and it was fun to have two mediums of glass, functional and art at work at the same time in the same space. Olivia clearly explained the post-op instructions after the windshield was replaced, and also fixed my door which was opening with difficulty. I am so impressed with Glassify's professionalism and the pleasant experience I had with this business. If you have a cracked windshield, these are the people to call. read more

This is my second posting for Glassify as they recently did a second car for me, as with the first car, communication was very good, the job was done on the requested day and time, the quality and cleanliness of the replacement was great, I highly recommend useing Olivia. read more

I highly recommend Glassily Mobile Auto Glass. Olivia was professional, a good communicator, timely, considerate, and did a great job! I sure hope my car doesn't get vandalized again, but if it does, I'll know who to call! read more

I only do reviews for outstanding or horrible business experiences. Glassily and Olivia are in the outstanding category. Competitive pricing, as needed timely communication, on the spot appointment time commitment, impressive work ethic, professional and the boss oversaw the whole process. 2019 F-350 pickup rear power slide glass, and front windshield. You won't be disappointed! read more

I received a reply quickly and was able to get an appointment on the books right away. Their service was professional, and seamless. Very kind, would absolutely recommend. read more

Olivia is amazing, definitely worth the wait to get scheduled! While perhaps obvious, Glassify coming to us was really wonderful with our schedules and they worked directly with our insurance so we only needed to pay our glass deductible. Super friendly and all the car's systems worked immediately. We have a 2018 XC90 with both a heads up display and the Pilot Assist ADAS (Volvo's version of "auto pilot".) Many generic windshield replacement reviews online (not about Glassify) talk about issues with these systems afterward, but ours worked immediately after the replacement with no errors thrown up in the dashboard. When I mentioned the concern, Olivia suggested that I take it for a short drive to reassure myself that everything worked - and they did. read more

Stay away from this company! They do not guarantee or provide any warranty on the repair! My plastic trim clips were damaged during repair and issues only surfaced later on, when I was driving during high wind. My plastic trim broke off and flew away. When I reached out to get it covered they told me that it was not their fault. I guess " All labor in connection with the repair is guaranteed " doesn't really hold any weight ‍ read more

Easy to schedule via text. Communicative through the whole process. Woman-owned = hell yeah!

nothing but love for this woman owned company! Excellent work done in an excellent price.

I'd want to say thank you again to the team of Glassify. Especially, Olivia she is an amazing woman! My windshield got cracked while I was driving on the freeway but still had no idea how it got broken. So I contacted to her and she responded pretty faster than I thought. But the system was down for some reason so I couldn't get estimate right after and I had to wait for like a week? But she kept messaging me and updated so I got a windshield replacement. The process was pretty fast. I was taking classes over the zoom so I couldn't stay longer so I left them but I knew she would do great. And I love my new windshield. Thanks for your amazing work Olivia! read more

I cannot say enough how much I appreciated these folks coming to swap out our windshield. They got us on their schedule right away and ensured we were happy with the new one before leaving. They didn't rush at all, worked with our insurance, and drove over an hour to our house to change it out. We will always use Glassify for our glass needs here on out! read more

I tried to book an appointment but got zero response. Tried using the web form, texting and leaving a voicemail.

I'm disappointed to write a negative review for a small, local business, but my experience with Glassify left me feeling frustrated and let down. Glassify attempted to replace the windshield on my 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata. I provided the make and model of my car in advance, so I was surprised when the team arrived and seemed concerned about removing the windshield. They commented "Hope we have the right tools for this" upon first sight of the vehicle. Not a confidence inspiring first impression. They tried for some time, but ultimately they weren't confident in their ability to cleanly remove the front panels in order to free the windshield and install the replacement. While I appreciate that they were honest and didn't try to proceed with a job they couldn't do professionally, I was left feeling like my time had been wasted. I had to take time off work to be there for the appointment only to have them leave without completing the job. I get that a smaller convertible might be a rarity, and the job is a bit more complex, but having this result despite being provided the make and model of the vehicle in advance was a bit baffling to me. The team was punctual, kind, and displayed respectful communication, and having read existing reviews, they seem to leave customers very satisfied in almost all cases, but unfortunately this was not my personal experience. I hope they're able to improve - I hate feeling cornered into using big chain companies for auto service, but this has left me feeling much more guarded about who I hire. read more

Glassify it's always my go-to when I need a windshield replacement. This is my third time using their service and they are so responsive and reasonably priced. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend their service. Thank you once again Glassify for an excellent job! read more

Olivia was right on time and did a magnificent job. Despite the off and on rain, she didn't try to cancel or reschedule which was a real advantage for me. We will use her again. read more

5 star outstanding customer care and excellent work too. We got a chip in our windshield from road hazard. This is the second time we've used Oliva's business and we love her! She has replaced cracked windshields in both of our vehicles, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She's incredibly responsive, even answering texts after hours! She is always flexible. She gets the job done at my home and always leaves the car cleaner than when I gave it to her.
