She arrived on time on Monday and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. She was very efficient, professional, and had no problem answering my many questions about the process. The result is almost invisible, just a small spot where she had to drill into the glass to start the process. In the after photo, it's the tiny spot in the center of the photo - it looks more like a spot on the center lower half of the door to the house. If I am ever unlucky enough to need a windshield repaired or replaced again, my first call will be to Olivia. I chose the non-OEM glass, and though it was half the price, I now need to buy an OEM windshield and wasted over $700 on the first one. Fair to say, I am skeptical that Fastglass can not calibrate the new OEM $1500 windshield, and that's why I am contacting the car dealer to recommend a different shop. In the end, if the sales staff had stated any risk of not being able to calibrate my windshield, I would have ordered the OEM option right away. Live and learn!
