Brittany and her team were friendly and responsive. They did a great job on my windshield for a reasonable price. I would go here again.

I texted owner Olivia on Friday and over the weekend we agreed on a price (thank you for your patriotism with the military discount on the already-reasonable price!) and time for the repair. She arrived on time on Monday and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. She was very efficient, professional, and had no problem answering my many questions about the process. The result is almost invisible, just a small spot where she had to drill into the glass to start the process. In the after photo, it's the tiny spot in the center of the photo - it looks more like a spot on the center lower half of the door to the house. If I am ever unlucky enough to need a windshield repaired or replaced again, my first call will be to Olivia. And if you ever need a windshield repaired or replaced, Glassify should be on your very short list of companies to contact.

Olivia, the woman that I worked with, knew more about my car than I did and she made sure to honestly let me know what my car needed in order to successfully replace my windshield. I highly recommend this team and the service that they provide! Please consider them first for your windshield replacement needs.

I arrived half an hour before my appointment time and they were able to get my repair done even before my scheduled time. It was a nice surprise and cost about $200 for two little nicks in my windshield. The technician also mentioned that they have a lifetime guarantee so if the cracks got worse, they would apply what I paid for it toward a windshield replacement. Quick and awesome repair service!

They arrived and didn't have the correct windshield or the right seal. It's a fairly obscure car so I let it slide (although it's really just a Subaru Impreza and I told them that). The windshield is fine but the seals look absolutely terrible. The second time I had the windshield replaced on my 4Runner. They unnecessarily removed the cabin air filter to try to upsell me on a replacement. While doing this, they let debris fall into the blower motor which caused a loud ticking sound coming from the vents. I figured that was the issue but they recommended against fixing it myself and my wife left the car with them. After returning to pick up the car for the 2nd time, the seat belt warning light would not go off. The car was returned again and was fixed relatively quickly by a technician. The third issue, I cannot say with certainty was the fault of Safelite, though I strongly believe it was - a small spot on my passenger seat was melted, with what looks like an adhesive chemical burn. They denied it was them, as I assumed they would without absolute proof, but I'm certain this issue was not present before bringing the vehicle to Safelite.

I went here to have my windshield replaced on August 11, 2023 based on the review of Elite Yelper @Leah M. (way back from February 25, 2014--thanks Leah!), and I have nothing but good to say about this business. The backstory: a crack appeared a few days in my windshield after I replaced the wiper blades. I was gentle, but somehow it still cracked right where the metal j-hook of the wiper contacts the windshield. I was irritated, as this was totally preventable, but alas... I had been paying for an insurance OEM rider, which allows me to obtain genuine Toyota parts for my car. I have been paying for it all of these years and have never used it, so I took advantage of it. It skyrocked my claim from a few hundred dollars to well over $1,000, but insurance does not raise your rates for a glass claim, or so the experts on a web forum told me, and I had only a $50 deductible, which was reimbursed to me by AAA Northern Nevada (MWG--Mountain West Group). The company I used back in 2018 in Reno had gone out of business. I was bummed, and looked to see how I could contact the owner for a recommendation, as he was awesome, to no avail. Then I posted on Nextdoor. There were some recommendations and even one offer to do the installation, but I didn't like them. So, the first company I contacted in Reno, which has glowing reviews on Yelp, was mobile, and although they emailed me back fast, they could not do three things: 1. Obtain the genuine Toyota glass 2. Do the required calibration of the sensor after windshield replacement (they claimed mistakenly it was unnecessary since it wouldn't be touched during the actual install) 3. Get me in in a reasonable time (two months wait!). So, my next stop was Z-1 Glass by the airport, which also has glowing reviews. Tony, who works the desk, was wonderful. She said they could easily get the OEM glass, and also have a woman who does the calibrations. I could take my car there and wait in their waiting room. It would be three hours she said. It took about a month to get the glass in (I know from a previous mishap in 2018 it does take time to get the OEM), then Tony called me to reschedule since the woman who does the calibrations was leaving for vacation that week. But I happily rescheduled (made it easier for me, actually) and when I went in, things went very smoothly. The installer came inside and greeted me and even offered me a water. They did the installation outside, in their parking lor, right in front of the waiting room. Tony was also happy to let me use the restroom in the office. Two guys did the installation, and it took about 30 minutes. Then the woman drove the car inside their garage bay for the calibration part. That took about 15 minutes. And then they were done--two hours early! Everything looked great and has held up. No leaks, even when it rained right after the installation. I could not be happier. I have a new installer should anything else happen (knock on wood it doesn't)!
