Reminded them that a year ago, their technician cracked my windshield during a chip repair. They admitted fault at the time and promised free calibration on any future replacement. Now? They claim "no records" and refuse to honor it unless I can "prove" a verbal agreement from a year ago. Total dodge. Feels shady and dishonest.
