After weighing all options. I've decided to go with this company for their price as well as mobile service and availability. Everything went as planned and the installation was quick 15 mins tops. I have 2 gripes, after the installation was completed 1. there were a lot of tiny shards of glass all over my dash and near my gear shift. (It would've been nice if they'd vacuumed or cleaned up these shards of glass that was left behind or at least put something down on my dashboard to catch these shards of glass. 2nd gripe- I was charged a flat rate for 3.5 hrs of labor that took 15 mins. There was no price for the labor on my receipt just the total + a 2% charge for using my card. Honestly I feel like this company robbed me on the labor I would be happy paying for a hours worth of labor even though it only took them 15 mins, but seriously 3.5 hours is kind of excessive for labor if you ask me. read more

6 months ago I bought a certified pre-owned car from a local dealership. The car had a chip in the the windshield. The dealership sent me with a work order to have the chip repaired. Online scheduling and quote system does not work at all. Got a quote and scheduled a dropoff time, which I never got a confirmation email or text about. I then called the phone number listed 5 separate times on different days and times of the day to attempt to confirm my appointment to only be met with "All our agents are all busy" for 15 minutes straight then to just be put through to a answering machine. Left voicemails and never received a call back. I would not recommend this business to anyone, they obviously do not care about their customers and cant operate a business on a basic level. This was going to be a mobile install as they are in my town every Thursday. When I called to book it the price was suddenly $450.00. The person that was helping me put Curt, her boss, on the phone and he started ranting and wouldn't let me get a word in at all. Says the quote part of the website doesn't work. I had a leaking slider door. I noticed the flashing was missing and I was recommended to call fast glass. I had them install a dog door 5 yrs ago and they were a good company to deal with. Aug 1st a nice man came out and told me the door was installed wrong and he couldn't fix it I had to buy a new door. I would also have to pay for another dog door which isn't cheap. I have bypass shutters on the door and he said I woukd have to remove them. That was another 300.00 for the shutter company to take them off and put them back on. By Monday Aug 4th I still had not received the quote I was told I had to sign. I called and was informed they haven't gotten around to it yet. As of today Aug 23rd no quote. It worked out since they gave me time to reconsider the cost of replacing a good door that just needed to be weather proofed. My partner who has been in construction for 44yrs and built 2 homes will do the job and I'm only out material cost. Very disappointed they didn't act professionally and follow up with the quote. It would have been better if they showed up during the timeframe they said they would (luckily I was home but they came a hour early and didn't call to say they were on their way). I did a search on yelp for windshield replacement. My son used in Fast Glass, and strangely when I asked for a bid, fast glass was not included. I went ahead and filled out the necessary information on yelp, and got a couple of bids. Fast glass was about $40 cheaper than the next offer. I called and they gave me a next day appointment. After dropping the car off, I called back and asked if we could have the blue shade painted top on the windshield. The girl told me it was too late and they had already ordered a normal windshield. I was OK with that as I didn't think of it until after dropping the car off. Interestingly, after picking up the car it had a Endo tent along the top as well as a radio antenna imbedded in it! They told me it would take an hour and a half, and they called after one hour and 10 minutes until leave the Subaru was ready. Really friendly service, quick to get us in, cheapest place I could find, fast service. You really can't ask for better than that. read more

So I went on this companies website and received a quote AND booked an appointment and received a confirmation for the appointment. I went in to drop off my daughter's car for the appointment and the lady at the desk proceeds to tell me they have no appointment listed for us. When I proceeded to show her the email that shows I booked the appointment she tells me that part of their website doesn't work and connect to their computers for scheduling and that I should have called. KEEP IN MIND THE PART HIGHLIGHTED IN RED and YELLOW IS HOW I RECEIVED THE EMAIL!!! I proceeded to show her the call log of my phone to show we had in fact called on different days, multiple times, she was so NOT interested in being empathetic, apologetic, or even concerned that it was 820am in the morning and we are standing in their business confused as to why we don't have an appointment. I then told her we called a handful of times and the last time being 20 minutes before our appt that morning and no-one ever answers the phone or calls us back, even if we leave a message. She simply says that they've had problems with their phones and haven't received any messages. Needless to say they did not accommodate an appointment or even offer to reschedule. I received an estimate and contract from Fast Glass. They want 50% of the job upfront. With no time limit. They want me to pay for labor that has not been done. I wanted a 9 week time limit -BUT NO. They could take a year and I have no recourse since I would have signed an open ended contract. 5 to 7 days to get glass. - 7 days to schedule the job. They need better office staff - Ridiculous - 2-3 weeks out for workers. = 5 weeks total I thought 9 weeks was more than reasonable. I will not ever sign a contract that allows a business to have my money. Can you tell I've be screwed by business before. read more

Just got another windshield rock chip fixed. I was in and out in a flash with no appointment. As long as the chip fits inside a quarter and no trailing cracks they can fix it. I am getting frustrated with all the rocks on our roads. I am sure it is because of the constant road work being done. But I am getting too many rock chips for no reason (not following too close). Our shower doors are from Fast Glass. They look okay but the coating that is on the inside of the glass that's supposed to repel water spots is nonexistent. One shower and the thing is completely spotted up even with squeegee and I wipe down after each shower. There was a leak under the glass of the shower out onto the tile under the seal. We called to have it repaired which was done right away. Next shower it was leaking again. Much smaller this time but still leaking. I hope there are better results with other companies.
