I called several more times and left messages giving a few days in between. I finally called from my work phone and he answered and I told him I had not received a quote yet and verified my email address. He admitted he had not sent it out and would get it out within a couple days. I never received it and he did not respond to my last message on vm. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Imagine if you needed to call for an installation issue or repair. He might just avoid you. I even told him when I got him on the phone from my work line that if he couldn't do the job it was okay, just let me know so I can move on. I just think that is a sign of what you might get for a follow up. So my suggestion for improvement is don't be afraid to say that you are not right for that particular job. It happens and then there would not be a reason to review. Disappointed because I like to support local businesses. If there was a zero star I would give that for the lack of respect to customer.

While I know some people find those a bit annoying, we're actually glad we stopped because it introduced us to a product we likely would not have considered otherwise. Our consultation with Kyle was thorough, but we appreciated that. Replacing windows is a significant investment, and we wanted to understand the products, installation process, warranty, and available options before making a decision. Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to answer every question we had. We never felt rushed through the process. The windows themselves have been a game changer. Because we completed the project in two phases, we had the unique opportunity to compare rooms with the original windows to rooms with the new Renewal by Andersen windows over several months. For context, our previous windows were only about 5 to 8 years old. They were double-pane windows from another well-known manufacturer that many would consider a direct competitor, so we weren't replacing old or builder-grade windows. Even so, the difference was immediately noticeable. Our home office is much more comfortable throughout the day, even with direct afternoon sun. We no longer have to keep the shades closed just to stay comfortable, and you can genuinely feel less radiant heat coming through the glass. We've also noticed a significant reduction in outside noise, making our home feel much quieter. Another unexpected benefit has been the new screens. They allow for great airflow while letting in significantly less dust and debris than our old screens. The highlight of our experience was the installation by the Las Vegas 714 crew. Mike, Rafa, Leroy, and Robert were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, respectful of our home, and clearly took great pride in their work. They protected our floors and furniture, communicated throughout the installation, and when they finished, it honestly looked as if no one had been there. Any tiny nicks or touch-ups around the window frames were barely noticeable. If you're in northern Nevada and have the opportunity to request the Las Vegas 714 crew, do it. Mike, Rafa, Leroy, and Robert set the standard for professionalism, quality workmanship, and customer care. We already know we'll be requesting them again for our next project, even if it means waiting a little longer. They are a tremendous asset to Renewal by Andersen.

The price quote for all twelve of our windows was approximately 1/3 of the price quoted for only 8 windows. Eagle proceeded to do the work, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Eagle was easy to work with and very helpful in researching what kind of Andersen windows we wanted - we got different glass types for different facing windows which makes our house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
