I am so pleased with my newly re-screened sliding screen door. Adam and his wife Barbara are amazing to work with, they are quick to respond and very reliable! I'll also say extremely friendly! They were able to work with me on a certain day that I had available with my WFH schedule. Adam was open and honest with me in which way to go; example, either getting a new screen door at a higher cost or just having my old one re-screened for a very reasonable price. He was able to re-screen it for me within 30 minutes, fix a busted wheel, and also adjust the track that it was on so now it works better thanthan ever. I am so happy I went with Reno Rescreen. No surprise since it's summer time and I'm sure they've just been slammed with people staying home and tackling their home repairs for n this Covid-era. Barb walked thru the prices with me in advance so I had an idea of what to expect when they arrived on site for the Rescreen. Adam and his helper arrived on time and ready to tackle the job. We hired this company to come out and replace 5 screens for the windows and a new screen door. When the guy got there he didn't have a clue how many windows I needed done or anything. We had spoke to the receptionist ( I believe it's the owners wife) and I thought we were good to go...the guy proceeded to rescreen the 5 windows. He did a great job. Told me he'd be back about my screen door. They gave us the run around and told us that it was gonna cost $350 for my back door. That's ridiculous! He said the metal frame was too thick. Whaaaat? It seems this company can only handle windows. They kept us hanging for 2 weeks then told us to just go to Lowes and buy a new screen door! Ridiculous! read more

I scheduled a month out and Adam came out and rescreened the entire house. He rescreened some frames, built new ones and even did solar screens on other windows. He was very reasonable for 2 days worth of work and was meticulous in his work. The solar screens are more costly but I can already feel a temperature difference in those rooms. They gave me a good price and showed up to appointment on time. This fixed the screen on my front door but two days later, the screen started to loosen. The screen completely pulled out within a week. The cut of screen that they installed was too short which is why it pulled out. Had to hire another company to repair it properly. Good prices but doesn't mean anything if I have to hire someone else to go back and do the right job afterwards. read more

Simply put, the duo of Adam Moon and his brother Josh was simply outstanding. After scheduling an appointment a couple days in advance with their friendly dispatcher, Adam fired us a tet to let us know he would be at our home EARLY...We had 10 windows recreened, and some windows had no frame. These guys worked like dynamos..all of our screens were all removed and replaced, and when we had a screen frame missing,they built new frames in their work van. Their shop van has all supplies and frames on board. In a incredibly swift effort, all 10 of our screens were replaced and rebuilt in under an hour!
