It also took way longer than originally agreed after deposit was paid 7 weeks and then we got charged nearly double the estimated time--which threw off our schedule and forced me to spend even more to have the job redone correctly. Moreover someone from his cleaning team broke the motor and then charged us to have it looked at. High Desert Mobile smashed the competition. I got a great detail. My interior looks brand new and the paint looks really good. There wasn't a lot that could be done to the heavily sun-stained and oxidized paint on the hood, but where is was clean enough, I got a sweet shine. My real only complaint was communication. I assume they are very busy because I wouldn't get very quick responses when discussing the time frame for work to be performed. Other than that, excellent work for the money. Nick worked amazingly with me when our original appointment wouldn't work out, and the cleaners guys were great with the time change and were very commutative with me. This was my first car detailing for the interior of my car, so I didn't really know the correct pricing, but they did quote me for $125-175. I asked for "the works" when it came to cleaning my car. They took about an hour and a half. At first glance the car was great looking. Seats, dashboard, and floors looked clean and wonderful!! After a couple days I did a little more inspecting.. I still had playa dust all over my back door on the inside, there were still coffee stains all over my wind shield, speedometer, and center consul (I spilled coffee all over my car which is why I got the detail), and they dumped the trashed picked up from my car under the bush in the front of my house. I offered my hose, and trash can if they needed it, which is why I didn't understand the trash from my car ending up in my front yard. :( In summary, I greatly appreciate nick, the communication, his help, and there were parts I loved about my detailing! For the price I paid the service was pretty bad. Dude missed the window by over an hour which be fine if they did a good job but they didn't. The inside of my windows are very streaky, there are spots on the dash and indicator sticks that I can scrape off with my thumb that they somehow missed, and I had two worn spots on the steering wheel that they made 10 times worse. These guys freaking rock! Essentially, I've been dabbling with Uber and Lyft and as you can imagine, messes of any nature can occur. For those who say its a scam, they are a mobile service. They will come to any house, apartment, even a parking lot if necessary. They take all forms of payment and they get the job done. From what I understand they have to put down some sort of address but again they are MOBILE! The best example I can give you is that I had one passenger who left an unfortunate mess and I was seriously concerned that it would never come out of my beige cloth seats. I called these guys up and three shampoos later... BLAAM! It's gone. They were expedient and were in constant communication with me. Absolutely worth it. These guys did a great job. I had made a reservation for a cleaning for after burning man in advance. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and was told I would get a call an hour before it was ready and it would be no later than midnight. I, unfortunately, never received a call and once midnight hit, I decided to drive down, grab my keys, pay, and drive to vegas to drop it off at the rental place with just enough time to make my flight back to reno. I pull up and see my rv. Nice and clean. I go up to see if anyone can get me the keys and process the payment. No keys can be found. We try and call the person I dropped them off with and no answer. Nick and I were able to come to an agreement. I would come back in the morning when the keys would be back and if the rental place wouldn't waive the late fee, Nick would reimburse me along with the price of my missed flight. Nick gave me his word and we shook on it. I return in the morning. Nick had the keys in hand and we worked out the payment. The rental did not waive the fee but Nick kept his word and upon my return to Reno, sent me the reimbursement. I highly recommend you get services done here. Scam! Buyer beware! They are NOT located at this address and neighboring business have confirmed this is a scam. I called for an appointment and my credit card information was taken, then I show up for my appointment to an empty parking lot. I asked The business next door if they knew of this place, and they laughed and shook their heads. They said they see a new crop of customers come through every year, complaining their credit cards have been charged a reservation fee. The neighboring business also said they personally removed the scammers signage from the lot next door, to try and discourage those crooks. 9/30/16 The "owner" of this business, contacted me claiming to be named "Nick" a single father. Strange considering the private message came from an account with zero reviews and a photo of a hot chick with much boob showing. ... Fishy. Fishy fishy. read more

This was my first time getting my car detailed! Everything looked good! The customer service was impeccable l! They came out during a rain storm and still got the job done in a timely manner. They did miss a few things here and there but for the most part it was good! I'm not sure what normal pricing for car detail service is but this seemed a bit high. Good job and they threw in headlight fog cleaning and an extra coat of wax for the body. Inside looks great, too, and better than a previous detail company was able to do. Got my F150 detailed last weekend in Fernley. I spoke Nick and explained the purpose for the detail. After the resent storms/snow we've recently had. The back window on my 2010 F150 started to leak water and left a water mark on the inside roof interior in the back of the cab. Needless to say Nick was very professional and thorough and explained what he can do and gave me a time line window when he can send someone out. So here's my 5 rating. 1. Completely pleased that his website gives you prices for your size vehicle. I understood of what I could expect to pay- not to mention my truck was pretty dirty. 2. I was a bit skeptical about using a company to detail my car, but I gave it a shot and I found these guys. They were prompt, courteous and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the end results, a missed opportunity with the car I noticed, but overall very pleased. My car is black and has a lot of swirls, which they were able to reduce, not completely remove all from my car. It looked really clean in the end you couldn't see any swirls unless you looked for them. They were also able to get rid of some very stubborn plasti dip hash marks on the passenger side.
