Premier Window Tinting did a fantastic job tinting and applying ppf (clear bra) to my car. I'm a car guy and had many different installers do tint and ppf, but I will say Premier did the best. The edges of the ppf are all wrapped, no ends stick out. Tint goes all the way to the edges with no borders. They also have experience with EVs and pay great attention to the details. Mick was great all around professional and courteous, our family as a whole have been taking quite a few new cars there some high end for a while now and although this is my first time taking my new one he took care of me just the same. I compared prices around town and although the price was slightly higher the quality spoke for itself. As far as what we got done: We did the Ceramic coating on the whole thing inside and out as well as the full paint protection including accents and lights. We also tinted the entire vehicle all around including the windshield and it turned out beautiful. Will be posting photos when I get a chance. Side note: they are moving locations so make sure you call ahead and set the appointment and know where they will be. Also the more products you get done from them the better price point. This is my to go place to for putting on paint protection. They have installed paint protection on at least four of my cars throughout the years and the film has held up and I have had no issues with the quality. I bought a new vehicle for my commutes into Carson City. I drive 80 miles round trip for my place of employment and while I don't mind the drive, I despise the sun and heat that blinds me daily. So I decided to get my windows tinted. I have a friend who used this company and was happy with their work, so I made my appointment. About a week later, my vehicle was in the shop. The original tint was going to run me 220.00, after doing all four windows, the back window and a stripe on the windshield to reduce the glare in between the sun visors. Once there I spoke to the owner, Garret, and decided to get a more expensive tint done. While it raised the overall cost to 320.00, the tint would not only keep the sun out, but also reduces the heat in the car. I had to go to class, so my husband came to switch vehicles with me and waited for my vehicle to be done. Our total time spent waiting for my vehicle was just under two hours. I have now enjoyed my tint for over two months. This greatly improves my daily drive and adds protection to my vehicle. I got the back two windows and hatch limo tinted and the front two the tint that Northern Nevada allows which is at 35%. I know that Premier does a lot of window tint and bra jobs on high end vehicles, but they don't discriminate. They gladly worked on my CR-V. read more

Super professional customer service and excellent workmanship. Very knowledgeable with Tesla vehicle. They have a wide variety of options from tint to custom wrap, so you only pay for what you need. Wrap limited warranty and lifetime warranty for the tint is also a plus. In addition, they are more than willing to fix any flaws or peeling that might occur overtime as well. Thirteen months ago, I made an uninformed and costly decision. I brought my sports car for tinting to the Premier Windows Tinting in Reno. Since then step by step, the rear car window first became foggy, and now it is so bubbled up that I cannot see though the glass anymore. Although, I was promised "the lifetime warranty", the owner refuses to honor it now. He is basically saying that it was too cold (???) when they did the tinting, and materials expand, "become larger" in a heat. He is saying that it will cost me $250 to fix his job (it is time consuming) and another $250 (difficult job - the rear window is almost spherical shape, but not exactly). Also, he is rude and condescending. Please think twice. Read other reviews here. I am not alone. read more

I got ceramic tint for skin UV protection -- like spf 1000 ( it protects the interior too) and to keep the car cooler in the hotter months. No bubbles and it has been 17 days, but I also haven't rolled the windows down yet. The tint is adhered close to the rim of the window. Looks good. I should have done this long ago. Today I took in my fathers 2011 chevy equinox to Premier Window Tinting to get the front headlights restored and paint protection film installed. I took my jeep grand cherokee in for driver and passenger front door glass tinting. I have highway patrol / nv dot permission for darker tint due to ocular disabilities. Made it obvious to all whom I spoke with that that was why I needed tinting. Well, in no way lived up to name as implied. When paperwork presented, with explanation, was told "don't want it", and said will match factory tint on the rear glass. Ok, so I guess that will suffice. Then asked about ceramic coat treatment. Was assured can do. When discussing options, was told no, website has obsolete info. Just moved to current location, that was address was updated, but not the service packages. Well explained the new process to me. Then I asked if they assumed 100% replacement liabilities for vehicle and all on it- wheels, etc. While in their possession. Was told yes, of course. Asked for it in writing. Was told needed boss to do it. Let Rance take truck into shop. Waited in lobby area. Work completed then was told that they "can't provide me the ceramic coating" per boss. Asked for and got $20. Off bill, so 140. Total. The tint turned out much lighter than the rear glass pieces, and then told "nobody wants the front doors darker than rest" GTFO. call me nobody then. Could not find the place they referred me to. VIP Detailing, up the street around the block. Hard enuf ta find premier shop. Poor marking on building. Sketchy place, David talked a good shtick up front, but horrible delivery on the back end. Tint is just slightly darker than stock, and vision still suffers painful burning in daylight, and blinding from low beam automobiles at night. Eyewear helps, but still cannot drive often due to this. Caveat emptor. Watering of eyes makes Eyewear difficult as well. Thanks for your lousiness premier tinting. You're useless to me, gotta go revisit my issue somewhere else where they'll listen to a paying customer. Also, you lost out on my business for all glass tinting on my 4 door pickup truck! read more

I'm glad I decided to hit this shop up over another one that I had called. They got me in the very next morning and gave me a price quote over the phone. I just needed my front windows and windshield done since my back were already at a 5% tint. We were going to match the front windows with the back tint but I'm glad I followed Garrett's advice on going with the 20% instead.
