I will never go back to this place. I had an urgent issue and needed some help. I looked on Google…read morefor the closest Stealth dealership, and it sent me here. The property looked abandoned when a tall, heavy-set blonde man appeared. His mannerisms came across as go away. I asked him about a trailer we were trying to move, but we were concerned about the tires being bad since the trailer sat for three years. It was a hostile environment where it was located, so I was unable to see the tires to find out the size and how many lugnuts it had. I gave him this information, and he told me, "We don't get involved in those sorts of things." I was just asking what tires are standard on my RV. Then he said go look at Google. Really, what an A-hole. Very sad. Does the owner know this and accept it?

I had a similar experience as rater Jim F. this last Saturday. I traveled all day to try and reach Carson City Trailers before closing and called ahead to see if they could stay open a little longer (15 min after closing) so I could purchase a trailer. I did not realize they closed at 2:00pm on Saturdays. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating and said they would remain open. "Mike" when I arrived was not happy. He appeared very agitated for having to stay. I was there only a few minutes and decided which trailer to purchase. After agreeing on a price he preceded to tell me that I would not be able or allowed to take the dump trailer home that day. He was not equipped to take full payment by check or process an American Express Platinum Card. When I asked if he accepted Visa his reply was "now you can talk to me, but the price of the trailer will be $1300 more". I quickly declined the gouge. I had full intentions of buying a trailer that day but this encounter with Mike made me gladly walk away. I will buy my trailer from a nearby competitor tomorrow. Update: I went to Big Tex in Reno NV 2 days later and they have a huge inventory, excellent customer service and they were happy to take my debit card on the spot. The whole process took 30min and I was pulling off the lot with my new 14ft trailer. Thank you Big Tex Trailers in Reno..

My tractor had a bad ignition switch that they had fixed the same day and brought the tractor back to next. If you want a nice little tractor. Mine is a 25 horse model. This is a good tractor. The back was fantastic with the exception that it doesn't have an extended hoe on it, which I had on a commercial model. In ten minutes or so they said they found the leak, and asked me to take a look in the shop. They had pressurized the ram through the two hoses and bingo, small pin hole leaking profusely in one of the hoses. They recommended getting both replaced as the other had severe wear marks in one area. They didn't have the hoses in stock, but no problem, they could make both in about 20 minutes. They did and under $80 for both custom made hoses. Awesome people and looked to have a multitude of parts and accessories for tractors, truck and trailer hitches as well. Highly recommended!

I inquired about a trailer through their website but didn't get a response that day. However, they called me the next day and said they received an electronic message about me being interested in a trailer. I asked if they had one in stock and they said yes. I told them I'd be there in an hour to check it out. When I arrived, I told them my name and the trailer I was interested in. He said that had the guys pull out the trailer. The guy pretty much already had the paperwork out ready to go so the waiting time was minimal. I checked out the trailer, filled out the paperwork, they made sure the lights and everything were working, and I was on my way. It's a pretty nice trailer as far as utility trailers go. A couple upgraded things like the hitch and the spring loaded gate. They cost a little bit more than Trailers Plus but I think I avoided headaches in the long run. I towed my UTV in the trailer and it towed fine. No problems. I'm happy.

We own a 2020 Globetrotter Airstream which started to have brake problems in 2024. I brought my…read moretrailer into the Reno, NV, Airstream for service and the brakes were replaced for $4996. Less than a year later my brakes failed and it cost me $5967 to replace them. Despite a one year warranty, this replacement was denied by the brake vendor company. When I had new tires installed, I noted that one front wheel brake was too tightly set. We brought the trailer back to fix it. I took my trailer in for body work in August, 2025, which took until November, 2025. In December, we had to bring our trailer back to address an interior water leak at a seam in a bedroom panel. Part of the body work involved pulling out the water heater. On March 31, 2026, we started out on a trip to Palm Springs, CA. We stayed overnight at Lone Pine, CA. I decided to turn the water heater on, using propane, and heard a loud bang coming from outside the trailer. I got out and saw fire coming out of the water heater cover. With my wife's help we managed to extinguish the fire but the water heater was no longer operational. My wife called the dealership the next day and explained to the service adviser what happened, also saying we knew the water heater was pulled out when body work was done and was poorly reinstalled. The service adviser amazingly stated that he didn't think it had been pulled out. We cut our time short in Palm Springs as we did not have use of the water heater. We brought the trailer to the shop to fix the water heater and the Airstream company paid for replacing the damaged water heater. When returning from our last camping trip in May, we found out that the service manager and two service advisers were gone and a new service manager came in with RV experience. Additional body work, unrelated to the above, was finished on in June 2026. As we were picking up the trailer, I found out that the trailer batteries were dead. I notified the service front desk person of this issue who then called in a technician. He connected the trailer cable to my truck and thus we could hitch the trailer to my truck. We wanted to share our experiences with store manager. We asked for an appointment and he did not want to talk to us in person. He referred us to the new service manager. I guess it was not important for him to address customer feedback.

Tim the service manager was great, he had us in one day and out the next. Friendly courteous interaction and unbelievable fas around. If I need service on my airstream, there's no doubt in my mind this is where I'm gonna be going.
