Finally at 1:30pm, the front desk lady or customer service representative canceled it when my wife asked a simple question if they were still on the way and we can be on time to deliver the car to the Benz dealership for our appointment with them. She told my wife, she was canceling the service and we needed to find someone else. And we did! A lot more friendly and personable people out there in comparison to this tow company. So, save your time coz this Carson City Towing isn't the cheapest either.

They came and repaired the hole in the tire at 10pm Friday night and within 20 minutes they have saved our entire Saturday and last day on vacation! Kids are happy. Wife is happy.
