When I asked how many miles my tires had--purchased from them--I was told about 40,000, which is below average for three years. I then asked about warranty coverage, but they claimed they had no record of tire rotations. I explained that I rotate them with every oil change and have documentation. After some back-and-forth, the representative suddenly said they could apply the warranty "this time," but future rotations must be done at their location. In the end, I used my employer's purchase program and bought name‑brand tires with a 80,000 warranty for nearly the same price.
