I tried 3 different Les Schwab stores, Pape Equipment in both Sparks and Fallon and several others with was just about to give up on getting this job done locally when I decided to give S &W tractors a try. I emailed a request for service to them and received an immediate response from Trevor who said they could do the job and also supplied me with a reasonable quote for the work requested. We agreed upon a time, and they came and picked up my tractor and took it to their shop and took care of changing the tires and getting the job done. they returned the tractor to me after a few days and the tires were mounted perfectly, which was quite labor intensive job. They stuck to their estimate to the penny even though it was quite a difficult job to get done. I had never done business with these folks before, but they will be the first ones I call in the future with any tractor service needs I may have. They were the only company willing to take on the job and at a reasonable cost.

My tractor had a bad ignition switch that they had fixed the same day and brought the tractor back to next. If you want a nice little tractor. Mine is a 25 horse model. This is a good tractor. The back was fantastic with the exception that it doesn't have an extended hoe on it, which I had on a commercial model. Then when it comes to service, Travis and Daniel, are certainly leaders that aren't worth mentioning, for exceptional service, communication, and value

After reading a bunch of bad reviews about Trailers Plus, I decided to buy a trailer from Big Tex…read moredown the road. I bought a 12 foot trailer from Big Tex yesterday. I inquired about a trailer through their website but didn't get a response that day. However, they called me the next day and said they received an electronic message about me being interested in a trailer. I asked if they had one in stock and they said yes. I told them I'd be there in an hour to check it out. When I arrived, I told them my name and the trailer I was interested in. He said that had the guys pull out the trailer. The guy pretty much already had the paperwork out ready to go so the waiting time was minimal. I checked out the trailer, filled out the paperwork, they made sure the lights and everything were working, and I was on my way. It's a pretty nice trailer as far as utility trailers go. A couple upgraded things like the hitch and the spring loaded gate. They cost a little bit more than Trailers Plus but I think I avoided headaches in the long run. I towed my UTV in the trailer and it towed fine. No problems. I'm happy.

We own a 2020 Globetrotter Airstream which started to have brake problems in 2024. I brought my…read moretrailer into the Reno, NV, Airstream for service and the brakes were replaced for $4996. Less than a year later my brakes failed and it cost me $5967 to replace them. Despite a one year warranty, this replacement was denied by the brake vendor company. When I had new tires installed, I noted that one front wheel brake was too tightly set. We brought the trailer back to fix it. I took my trailer in for body work in August, 2025, which took until November, 2025. In December, we had to bring our trailer back to address an interior water leak at a seam in a bedroom panel. Part of the body work involved pulling out the water heater. On March 31, 2026, we started out on a trip to Palm Springs, CA. We stayed overnight at Lone Pine, CA. I decided to turn the water heater on, using propane, and heard a loud bang coming from outside the trailer. I got out and saw fire coming out of the water heater cover. With my wife's help we managed to extinguish the fire but the water heater was no longer operational. My wife called the dealership the next day and explained to the service adviser what happened, also saying we knew the water heater was pulled out when body work was done and was poorly reinstalled. The service adviser amazingly stated that he didn't think it had been pulled out. We cut our time short in Palm Springs as we did not have use of the water heater. We brought the trailer to the shop to fix the water heater and the Airstream company paid for replacing the damaged water heater. When returning from our last camping trip in May, we found out that the service manager and two service advisers were gone and a new service manager came in with RV experience. Additional body work, unrelated to the above, was finished on in June 2026. As we were picking up the trailer, I found out that the trailer batteries were dead. I notified the service front desk person of this issue who then called in a technician. He connected the trailer cable to my truck and thus we could hitch the trailer to my truck. We wanted to share our experiences with store manager. We asked for an appointment and he did not want to talk to us in person. He referred us to the new service manager. I guess it was not important for him to address customer feedback.
