Instead of lying and blaming my tires, they should have admitted the mistake and told us we did in fact need new rotors after all. Miquel was upfront with cost and communicated well during the time it was in for service. We were informed of a possible leak and once throughly cleaned off and driven a bit. The leak didn't appear, so they will monitor it once I'm in for next service date. What I liked about shop, it's clean, staff are helpful and professional. It has dog treats for my dog, as I use the daycare next to it. So very convenient. All in all price was good for job done. But appreciate the staff helping us understand things along the way.
