The second day we called him early morning to check on status. Mike said he'll arrive in 30 minutes and then ghosted us and stopped picking up the phone. If you don't want to do business, just say so. Why kept lying and kept people hanging for more than 36 hours in cold snowy weather?

I was quoted $200 which was $25 more expensive than when I had the same service done a year ago but I thought that was still reasonable. When my vehicle was delivered to my home, I was charged $300. Of course, my delivery person couldn't do anything for me at the time, but suggested that I call the office to discuss this issue. When I called, I spoke with Alexis and was told the price I was charged was the "industry standard" and there was nothing she could do. I tried telling Alexis what I was quoted and questioned why the person who booked me (which I believe was Alexis herself, but I didn't write her name down so I have no proof) didn't write down what she quoted me? However, trying to get a word in edgewise with her, was near impossible! I asked to speak to someone above her and was told that she would "write a note and pass on my request and if the person felt it was warranted, I might get a call back". She finally said that she would refund my $100 because "clearly it means more to me than it does to her" and that she "doesn't need my $100". I then told her that I still would like a call back from her supervisor or the owner and was again told "if they wanted to, they will call me back". Let me end this review on a good note, though.
