I used the Yelp Assistant to request a quote from several detailing companies and Rick, from Clean Image, was the first to respond. He responded within minutes each time we communicated. He suggested steaming and an ozone treatment to address the odor. We made an appointment for the next day. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly! I would highly recommend Clean Image for your detailing needs and I will definitely be back in the future...assuming the treatment was effective and the bears leave me alone !

Three guys worked really hard for 3 hours and transformed my car that was probably even worse off than I thought. For payment, they just sent me a bill (which I paid on the same day; seems fair). I can't say enough good things about Mountain Mobile Detailing and Ryan…read more Back in January, I reached out to Ryan to set up a detailing package as a birthday gift for my dad, whose 2010 Ford Escape was honestly pretty rough. Ryan was incredibly helpful on the phone and made the whole process easy so all my dad had to do was schedule when he was ready and all at a great price! True to Truckee life, my dad waited until April after the snow season, and when the time came, Ryan showed up fully prepared and absolutely delivered. The transformation was unreal, my dad's car looks brand new. Old stains in the seats are completely gone, and everything feels fresh again. What really stood out to me was the extra care Ryan took. I first contacted him in January to arrange this as a birthday gift for my dad, and when the service happened in April, he remembered that and followed up with me directly. He even sent a video of the final results and made sure I was happy as the gift giver. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. My dad loved the gift and was genuinely so happy, and now I'm planning to bring my own car in next time I'm in Truckee. Ryan is a true gem. Highly recommend.

I was informed they have experience serving several Sprinter vans. Upon arrival it's small shop that besides servicing windshields they also work on motorcycles. The employees were professional and helpful. They inspected the windshield and gave me a reasonable quote. I decided to file a claim with my insurance company. AutoGlass gives you an option of an OEM windshield or an after market windshield but with an insurance claim the OEM must be approved by the insurance company. I was fortunate that the OEM windshield was approved. They installed the windshield in a reasonable time and calibrated it too. My van was right at the height of their garage door but they made the extra effort to deflate the tires and get it inside their garage bay to calibrate the windshield. I know this was an insurance claim but if I had to come back their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend AutoGlass Express.
