Ryan was incredibly helpful on the phone and made the whole process easy so all my dad had to do was schedule when he was ready and all at a great price! True to Truckee life, my dad waited until April after the snow season, and when the time came, Ryan showed up fully prepared and absolutely delivered. The transformation was unreal, my dad's car looks brand new. Old stains in the seats are completely gone, and everything feels fresh again. What really stood out to me was the extra care Ryan took. Had a cracked windshield that went from one side to the other on my Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. I…read morewas recommended of AutoGlass Express from Sierra Adventure Vehicles. I was informed they have experience serving several Sprinter vans. Upon arrival it's small shop that besides servicing windshields they also work on motorcycles. The employees were professional and helpful. They inspected the windshield and gave me a reasonable quote. I decided to file a claim with my insurance company. AutoGlass gives you an option of an OEM windshield or an after market windshield but with an insurance claim the OEM must be approved by the insurance company. I was fortunate that the OEM windshield was approved. They installed the windshield in a reasonable time and calibrated it too. My van was right at the height of their garage door but they made the extra effort to deflate the tires and get it inside their garage bay to calibrate the windshield. I know this was an insurance claim but if I had to come back their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend AutoGlass Express.

There was a small hiccup in the order but it was handled quickly and professionally. The day of install there were thunderstorms so instead of a doing it at my house, an employee drove to my house, picked up my car, brought it back to the shop, did the swap, then brought my car back! Absolutely top notch! And in addition to the great service, they were almost $400 LESS than the "safe" nationally known company! So I didn't have to drive 45 minutes, wait, and drive home! Hopefully I don't NEED this service again but if I do, definitely will call AutoGlass Express Truckee.
