James eventually stopped updating and ultimately stopped working on my truck because he couldn't figure out the issue. I ended up having to call weekly and get beat around the bush answers. The last update I got was in may and that's probably the last time he worked on my truck. I finally had enough and went to pick up my truck and get it out of this POS shop because as of today it was in there for almost 6 months and hasn't been fixed and I was forced to pay $3075 for a still broken truck because James couldn't man up and just tell me he couldn't fix it but instead just kept throwing parts at it hoping for it to work.
