He came to rescue us on the side of the highway in our Motorhome/RV. He immediately headed out to us on the roadside on a Saturday evening with no hesitation and full confidence he would work out a solution. The person was honest enough to tell us that it might take an hour to an hour and a half before someone can get to us. Which was fine, but we got a call from an older gentleman sooner to let us know that he will be meeting us in about 35-40 minutes and he was on time. He was pleasant and conversant while he was changing my daughter's tire and had the tools to take the lug nuts off. In addition, he patched my daughter's tire as well! Saved us a lot of money by not having to buy 4 new tires for an all wheel drive car. I called them and they said they would send someone as soon as I paid the $245 fee, which I did. They said it would be 30-60 minutes, the driver would call as he got closer, and I agreed. 45 minutes later, I am still sitting there so I call back and they tell me "the driver said we undercharged you and he needs an additional $100." So I paid it and they tell me "it's going to be 30-60 and if I cancel, I won't get all of my money back." I called them every 20-30 minutes and they would tell me "the driver is on his way and he's not picking up his phone because he's driving." By 8:45am I am furious and called again, sat on hold for 10 minutes and they came back on the line to tell me "the driver isn't coming so we're sending a different driver who will be there in 30-45 minutes, 9:30am at the latest." I told them that I don't believe they're sending anyone and if someone isn't here by 9:30am, I am canceling this and figuring something else out which they proceeded to tell me their spiel about "not getting my money back." At 9:25am, I called them again and I was fuming. They tell me "the driver is close" and I exploded letting them know for the 20th time that I am a woman, alone on a deserted highway with a busted tire and they proceeded to tell me about "not getting my money back." I am fortunate to know someone in Reno who called her son, who lives an hour away, and he got there in an hour. I had been sitting on the side of that highway from 6am until 11am and they had absolutely NO concern for my safety. Thank goodness I had water, snacks and a friend who cared. They asked how far away we were, and they agreed to stay until we got there. When we arrived they had us back up to the door, a tech came out, repaired the tire and filled with air.
